Bio

Hello fellow Guild Members! My name is WhenBooksFly101.....but you can call me Books for short. :) I'm a 16 year old girl with average looks; green eyes, long brown hair, glasses.....I'm kind of blind without them.

I'm a lover of dragons, horses, Fantasy novels, dinosaurs, video games, and archery. When I'm not writing books or roleplaying, I'm out practicing with my recurve or working with my dear equines.

Some of the Roleplays I am involved in.....most are elsewhere but some nowhere as good as these on here.

Guild:

To Live as Dragons (A Feral Dragon Roleplay) {made by me! So go check it out!}

Werewolf Roleplay - OPEN

Animal Instincts (Recruiting!)

The Wolves of Red Lake: Season One (Main Cast full Secondary Cast is still accepting)

Elsewhere in the internet:

Dragon Rider rp
Wild horse rp
Warrior cats rp
Gifted School rp (Super power X-men university type stuffs.)
Divergent rp

All I think are awesome, :3 the two Dragon rp's being my favorite.

Also! If you guys ever want to invite me into an rp posse, here's the kind of rp I'd LOVE to join!

Halo rp either Spartan or Covenant sided
Jurassic Park/World rp
Dragon rp either feral or with riders
Horse rp
And yes......zombies.... :3 I'm up for fighting some walkers.

So I hope I come across as at least an Interesting person! These Roleplays
Are my escape from life......and I try to be as professional as I can be. (I'll try my best on my little iPad screen!)

Lol anyways. Have fun out there on the virtual rp pool that is the guild. Go ahead and pluck one from its waters; you might stumble across something really interesting. :)

Vashti was walking slowly along; feet padding softly through the snow as she navigated through the trees. Always keeping the strange house to her right she circled around towards the backside of the building. Although a distance away, she could smell others of her kind.

There were quite many of them......and for a moment Vashti doubted moving closer. But then she thought of the consequences if she didn't approach. No, she needed to check it out.

Moving slowly and taking her time, occasionally stopping, Vashti was allowing her back leg to loosen. The pain was not as noticeable but she did not yet walk upon it. No matter how hard it was to walk through the snow.

Suddenly, two shots rang through the air and the she-wolf yelped, jumping in surprise with all four legs spread out beneath her. Her ears pricked forward and her breath quickened. A hunter? Had one of the other wolves spotted her?

Moments passed of pure silence before Vashti's body relaxed. Her leg gave a sharp protest of pain and she relieved it of the weight, before moving foreword again. This time she made sure to remain stealthy and vigilant; the shots had been very close, yet she did not know their reason for being fired.

Now, the building could be seen ahead through the trees. Lights shone in some of the windows and the scent of fellow wolves hung heavy on the air. Vashti pressed foreword until she was at the treeline; dangerously close.

Standing there, she just watched and examined every detail. She could not see anyone yet......they were probably indoors.
Rala smiled as Stormy came close, reaching foreword to nuzzle her and offer a wing. Laying down she chuckled, "The storms still concern you, don't they?"
Curling her tail around herself the female shook the droplets of water from her neck and let out a heavy breath. Lowering her head she settled down quietly.

Glancing over at Ace she caught him staring and tilted her head, then smiled at the youngling cuddled against his chest. She had always liked hatchlings.......they gave her a warm loving feeling. In sweet innocence they played and talked....such adorable souls.

Rala turned back to the entrance of the cave and watched the rain fall heavily downward. It was as if a waterfall had opened; covering the outside world in wet.
I did it! I finally got my IC up! :D
How long had she been wandering? Days, Weeks?......Vashti didn’t know anymore.

Walking through the almost silent world of winter her brown and golden fur stood on end to protect her against the cold. Moisture clung to her less protected areas where her fur was not as thick.

Limping along the wolf trudged through the snow at a painfully slow pace. There was no destination and no path…..just the world ahead, and the hope that she would find something or someone to request sanctuary.

Stopping a moment to gather the surroundings Vashti lifted her head with tired brown eyes. They drifted over the bleak forest surrounding her, and returned to the ground when she saw nothing but shadows in the fading light of evening. A sigh escaped her amidst heavy steam.

It hadn’t been much time since she had fled from her home pack, and she had come so far; yet found nothing. She was cold, exhausted, and in a great deal of pain.

Shifting her weight over her front legs she held her left hind leg suspended in the air to avoid the ache of walking. After traveling for so long the weak tendons had seized up and refused to take the pressure; wounds from a recent battle still proving problematic.

Shaking the beadlets of snow from her body Vashti moved into a walk once again. The snow crunching softly under the pads of her paws as she continued on.

Suddenly, dark eyes going wide she raised her head and froze. Her muzzle quivered and her ears flicked back and forth for a moment, before lowering against the back of her skull. A gentle growl emanated from her chest as a scent reached her senses.

Wolves……but not the regular kind.

Curiosity spiking Vashti limped foreword over what she could see was a small hill in the distance. Although the light was fading and night threatened to fall, her wolf eyesight gifted her easy vision.

A gentle wind brushed overhead as she topped the bank. Immediately she spotted a large dark object in the distance; across a small expanse of trees and resting at the base of a small ridge. It was a large house; built to easily hide in the rough terrain of the mountain. The home of werewolves.

Vashti listened intently, then snorted and moved to walk down the slope. She wanted to get a closer look and see just how many resided here. Some might have called her crazy.

Vashti sometimes agreed.

Working on IC. :3 Gotta make this good. lol
Rala nodded but kept her attention on the landmarks below, the rocks were up here somewhere.
She glanced back at Ace long enough to smile, "Thank you; you have a nice name as well."

Suddenly, she caught sight of a ridge sticking up out of the forest to her right. Going wide eyes she let out a small sound of approval, "There it is!"

She dove down as the first few raindrops began to fall from the sky; the clouds overhead and thunder sounding in the distance. Then with a crack, a bolt of lightning erupted on the horizon and tickled the hilltops below it. The air was warm to breath yet crisp with electricity; it would be unsafe to remain outside.

Dipping down close Rala led the way to a large rock face; swooping around until she found a dark crack on the south side. Running sideways it created a shelf inside the rock; the perfect place to hide form the storm.

The female flew in closer and spread her wings so that she could glide slowly downwards. Reaching out with her talons she grabbed onto the rockface, then clambered into the cave. It was big enough for all of them; perfect.
Rala banked left and soared towards the East, "This way." A smile grew on her face secretly because of the true gratefulness in the grey male's voice. She wondered why all dragons didn't treat each other with such goodness......helping them rather than threatening to kill.
She glanced back at the two males. But Stormy was right.....she really had to stop referring to them by color, "So....what are both of your names?"

She already knew the hatchlings; "Diamond"....
Flicking her tail she nodded, "I am Rala; that is my sister Stormy." she gestured to the other dragoness.
That works great. :) I just didn't want to come in and hold you guys up so was planning on keeping it brief. This will be a lot of fun.
Very much looking foreword to this rp. :) Can't wait to get started.
And as for the two of you @Spybuster and @The Emperors Blade you are both the prettiest girls at the ball! Now go hug it out and shed a few tears of victory! :3 (Sorry....had to do that...)
Rala watched the grey male step foreword and nodded, smiling slightly in return to his. Hearing the hungry protests of the hatchling she snapped her wings open, "Once we arrive I would be happy to hunt prey for all of you.....in return for the help you have given...." She glanced to the golden male, then to the grey, "And to help the little one."

Flicking her tail with a small snap she snorted and turned in the direction of the rock formation. It was a few miles away; an easy distance to cover while flying. Thank goodness her sister Stormy was healed and ready to travel.

Looking up Rala gathered the muscles in her hind legs and wings, before launching herself upwards. The wind created by the strong thrusts of her wings rustled the grass and she soon hovered a little ways above the others, "Follow me."
She shook her head and breathed a small cloud of smoke; awaiting their flight.
