Appearance: Name: Louisa HossAge: 14Gender: FemaleClass: Human, considered slightly above criminal. Louisa lives with a band of “street rats” as the affluent of the city have named. She picks through the garbage and recycling of the city, looking for salvageable parts and things that might be worth selling in the slums. And as a scavenger Louisa is a huge fan of free food, even if that means stealing some. Background and/or Personality: Louisa learned from an early age how to survive on the streets, but it wasn't always that way. Louisa can barely remember a time before she lived on the streets. She lived with her mother and father in a relatively nice part of the city. Her parents worked for a wealthy and powerful android manufacturer. Louisa has since heard rumors that her parents were part of a workers union, rebelling against the business that employed them. All Louisa knew was one day she returned home from playing outside to discover her parents were gone and her house was full of cops. Since that moment Louisa has been living with a small, tight knit, group of people who are also 'down on their luck'. She spends most of her days walking around the slums and lower parts of the city, scavenging for odd trinkets and anything that might make some quick money. Because of this upbringing Louisa is all street smarts and no book smarts. To someone who has just met her, Louisa appears to be strangely calm all of the time. She always talks with a relaxed voice and her body language mimics this. Her muscles never seem tense and her eyes have a slight cloud to them that makes it seem like she might not always be 'there'. She is also extremely respectful. If you are older then her then she will listen to anything you say and will do anything you ask her to. The only exception to this is police officers and rich folk. Once she gets to know someone, however a more childlike side of her emerges. Like most other children, Louisa loves to talk to other people. She can make a conversation out of almost anything, however this sometimes comes as a bad thing since she doesn't understand when she needs to be quiet. She also has the tendency to turn things into games, maybe as a way of dealing with fear and stress. It takes a lot of work to get close to Louisa, both physically and mentally. She often tries to avoid people unless told not to and will always act very quietly around people as if scared of messing up and getting in trouble. Louisa finds it easier to get along with people she can see herself in, especially those who promise they won't be hurting her. Or if they bring cookies.

Still unsure what kind of character to make.

Hmmm... well, we could use the Brass CEO, who makes androids & employs them, or an android who is kinda the mirror of Misty- hates all humans, or a criminal or scavenger on the Outside, none of those yet.

Yep we're still accepting!
As Wren awaited Gnarl’s mission, she glanced behind her as others arrived, ignoring Joachim’s question. She had no idea why they were summoned more than he did after all. She stifled a bit of a smile at Atl’s half naked form, learning not to blush at the sight of a naked man long ago. It was still funny, seeing the savage with his cat wrapped around his shoulders. Her eyes then flickered to Sikarthis. She really had no problems with him. And she herself preferred the cold. But she had a feeling even snow could be hot to him if it didn’t stick to his neck in the process of falling. Either way, she didn’t see his disposition as one that was as brutal as some of the others. Some of the men in their company were always in a warring mood, arrogant stance, etc. She would find it simply exhausting. She smiled and nodded a bit at Theo, as she’d known him since childhood pretty much, him being good friends with her father.

She tapped her fingers on her arm in an impatient manner until Gnarl finally spoke and sent Theo away. She frowned a bit, chewing her bottom lip and listening as he spoke of the riders. She stepped forward closer, trying to see if they were still in sight over Gnarl’s shoulder, but they were not. She didn’t say anything in response to Gnarl’s charge of taking horses to the Queen’s village and asking questions, but she did roll her eyes a bit when he said no fighting. That would be… difficult.

Wren sighed and headed down and away from where their meeting had taken place, feet moving lithely towards the stables. She picked out her favorite of the horses, one that dipped its head when she reached out her hand, and had a lovely dark chocolate color to it. She saddled him and ascended, still not addressing any of the others as of yet while awaiting them to join her. When those of the company called had assembled, she trotted off towards the village at a leisurely pace, eyes half open in apparent boredom. It didn’t help when Joachim strode his horse up next to hers. She looked over at him and shook her head when he asked if she knew the lands, only look at him with vague interest for the first few lines of his spiel. After that she just tuned him out. Making a ‘mm’ sound or nodding at times when it seemed appropriate, rolling her eyes after a while because it seemed like he just wouldn’t shut up.

When the man finally did, she whispered ”Thank God,” under her breath, until she glanced over to the smoke. Her eyes widened, and it took all of 2 seconds before a ”H’yah!” left her lips and she was galloping with speed towards the village. She was never one to think much before acting, and it was in her blood to slay. Whoever had caused this, would taste her blade.
They're fine to me, gives us something to respond to anyway

David sighed. The trek to the hotel had been longer than expected, not quite exhausting, but tolling. Still, it had provided him a much needed respite from Eve, and other humans in general. He had recognized a few of the people present on the plane as his peers-- presumably all here for the same reason-- that he wouldn’t be here with people he didn’t know concerned him. His roommates would have pre-existing biases.

Just stop thinking about it, man. You’re already here.

Right. People might begin to stare if waited outside of the hotel any longer. He took out his earphones as he entered the lobby of the hotel, apprehension in his eyes. He quickly made his way to room 3, the place where he’d most certainly be spending most of his time in Brazil. More as a precaution than anything, he placed a light knock on the door before entering.

Hailey had just finished unpacking, putting a tie dye dreamcatcher by her bed when she heard a knock. Smiling happily, she bounced to the door, opening it to see David, Eve’s step-brother. Though Hailey knew Eve a lot better, she knew David well enough and smiled brighter, reaching out and hugging him as per her usual self before backing up so he could come in the room.

”Hi David!” she said spreading her arms as if to welcome him.

He exhaled in relief, while having his own room was always ideal, he could have done much, MUCH, worse as far as rooming companions went. “H-hey.” he said, pulling his luggage in behind him into the very… Tropical(?) themed room. Again, apprehension moved through his bodies when he realized social cues demanded certain things of him, his bane. Small talk.

“Um… So… Uh, H-how was your flight, Hailey?”

Hailey stood back, folding her hands together and just nodding as David responded, smiling again when she thought about her flight.

”Great! I met a guy named Thomas. I’m sure you’d get along. How was yours? Did Eve come with you? Is she not in this room too?” she asked, frowning just a tad in her curiosity.

“Um,” he thought for a second, considering the best possible answer, “She’s definitely here… I just don’t know if she’s here, you know?” He placed the suitcase on his bed with a heave and began the ritual of unpacking, meticulously refolding every article of clothing. “You know Eve, she could be halfway to Spain by now…”

Hailey thought about David’s answer, moving her tongue over her teeth and then smacking her lips when she came to a decision. ”No, no I don’t know what you mean,” she said, giving a little shrug and striding to look over his shoulder a bit. She watched him folding, forgetting about personal boundaries for a moment. She gasped at his statement, the kind of gasp that one gave at a spider or mouse. ”You’re right!” she exclaimed, running towards the door. ”Well, she’s not getting away that easy!” she announced, running down the hall, knocking on doors 1, 2, & 4 before standing there, folding her arms & waiting.

Eve had already gone into the post-jetlag dreamstate when the fateful knock came at her door. Her clothes were already strewn about in her, as of yet, unoccupied room. She skipped over the laundry to her door, in a manner very similar to the way someone would slam a door, she opened it, half annoyed, half curious, all groggy.

That was of course, until she saw the perpetuator of the crime that was waking her up. “HAILEY!” She screamed, immediately embracing her friend in an all-embracing bear hug.

David had taken a break from unpacking to peek out the door and see the commotion, at the sight of the hug, with no emotion on his face, he merely turned and went back to his luggage.

Hailey tapped her foot until the first door opened, revealing her sleepy looking friend. “EEEEEVE!” she squealed in a high pitched girly giggle before hugging the girl back, squeezing her before pulling away, looking like sunshine. ”Gah, how was your flight?” she asked excitedly, heels bouncing and forgetting at the moment all the other doors she’d just rapted on.

Partisan- You have Misty confused w/ the CEO of Brass. Misty is head of a company that makes food & employs zero androids.
