Love it. Let's write it in. ;p
If there are ghost can I be a ghost buster then? I vote that.
Bregil breathed a sigh of relief as the last giant fell. She was very weary from battle. Bregil reached for her satchel and took out her water skin.

“You want some water my friend?” she asked Faervel, his tag wagged in reply and Bregil poured it in his mouth until he had his fill.

“You fought well Faervel,” she said kneeling down to pet him, she looked him over for any injuries he seemed fine. Fearvel stood and grunted in the direction of the Man who caught him. The man was kneeling next to a giant looking remorseful. Bregil tilted her head in thought, the rest of the company was heading back to what was left of the tavern but not this man. Unusual.
She watched as the man stood and winced. Faervel whined and looked at Bregil.

“would you like to go properly thank him?” Bregil smiled to Faervel. “Come on let's go then.”

Bregil and Faervel made there way over to him. Faervel approached him first giving the man's hand a nudge and a low sympathetic whine. Bregil smiled at the man.

“Hello my name is Bregil and this is my friend Faervel, we wanted to thank you for catching Faervel before any harm came to him. I would like to return the favor, where are you inured?”
It was like slow motion for Bregil she saw the giant's hand come down and swat Faervel sending him flying.
“Faervel!” she shouted.

She couldn't get to him she needed to help kill these giants. She cursed them, cursed them for coming here and cursed them for hurting her dear friend. Bregil then noticed the man from the Company who was helping them fight this giant run so fast it put her speed to shame, and to Bregil's relief catch Faervel. The man looked up at her and gave her a reassuring nod. She released a breath she didn't know she was holding. Faervel was going to be fine, she hoped...at least until she is able to get there.

Bregil released another arrow at the giant she noticed the Monk was casting another spell he looked worn out. Bregil wished she was close enough to him to send him a boost of energy. She was feeling pretty useless right now. She looked back over to Faervel as the man put him down and ran toward the giant stabbing it's thigh.

Bregil shot another arrow at the giants ear. She felt a nudge at her leg and looked down to see Faervel. He looked a little shaken but seemed to be okay. She threw her arms around him forgetting for just a moment that she was fighting.

Bregil got back up and met the man's eyes.

“Thank you for ensuring his safety, it means everything to me.” She smiled warmly at the man and turned back to the giant, she released another arrow at it. She would have to properly thank the man later for she was sure he didn't realize what he had done. He didn't just save some animal, he saved her best friend.

Bregil grinned at Faervel. “I bet he told you to stay put too.”
"Go for the neck!" Aldred ordered

Bregil summoned a force field around Faervel. “You heard him, attack it's throat.”
Faervel didn't need to be told twice and lunged at the giant's throat. Bregil continued to shoot arrows at it. There was a lot of gore and it took a moment but with Faervel ripping out it's throat and Aldred piercing it's heart the giant was dead.

Bregil let out a whoop and Faervel jumped on her, she gave him a tight hug but regretted it due to the blood on him.

“Someone will need a bath when this is over my friend,” she said petting his head. He let out a whimper and got back on the ground. Bregil thanked Aldred for his assistance and saw the Elven Monk facing two giants by several cabins. He was holding them off as villagers fled.

“Come on Faervel we have to help him,” she said as she collected her arrows from the giant and ran towards the giant. She set up her arrow and took aim for the back of the neck. She hit its neck and then turned to Faervel and summoned another force field around him.

“Get the back of it's knees,” she told him as he let out an enthusiastic howl and ran off toward the giant. Bregil let loose another arrow at its neck.
Bregil and Faervel got a few civilians to safety when she turned around to see one of the Company members light a wall of fire around the giants. She saw the Assassin helping Aldred who was in the giants fist.

“Faervel, get the rest to safety come meet me when you're done,” Bregil said to him as she ran off toward the giants. Just as she did she saw the one holding Aldred and the assassin get on it's knees and blow out the flames. She couldn't believe her eyes, how can they defeat these things? Bregil braced herself against the gust of his breath and continued to run towards them.

She saw Aldred slay the giant and then shout. "Five more of these bastards, we can do this!"
Bregil nodded and ran behind one of the giants remembering what Aldred had said about their weak points. She concentrated for a moment to summon a force shield around her and began to fire arrows at the back of it's knees and neck as Faervel came running up to her.

“These guys are hard to take down,” she said as she dodged the giant making a swing at her. She got back behind the giant and set up another arrow. “When I get this thing down you go for it's throat.”

Sipley is a poison-master. Everyone let us hope that they don't have amazing healing abilities. And am I the only one who thinks of the titans from Attack on Titans when writing about the giants?

I thought exactly that when I read it.
Bregil is ready to get her heal on! Man, Heat isn't pulling any punches when he says things are about to get interesting. I can't wait to see what happens next.
Bregil gave a nod and smile at the Assassin and thanked her for the advice. Truth be told it was just bad wine though she wouldn't put it pass the bartender to spit in it too. She never put much thought into people poisoning her. Where she came from it wasn't an issue and if she did somehow get poisoned she could just simply heal herself or drink an elixir if it wasn't too serious. Being an assassin had to be tough Bregil mused, always having to watch your back, having to be a step ahead of everyone else. Bregil felt drained just thinking about it.

The Bard was playing music, much to the Assassin's dismay and the Elven woman who took a liking to the Bard looked to be having the time of her life. Bregil laughed at the sight. Such an interesting group of characters.
A man came up to the table asking for Aldred and he excused himself to help the man. Bregil felt this was a good time to go check on Faervel. She excused herself as well and left the inn.

A brisk breeze went through Bregil and she pulled her Cloak tighter. She saw it was snowing and stuck her tongue out to catch one. She took in a deep breath of the cold winter night and whistled for Faervel. When He didn't come she whistled once more then saw him poke his head out from the side of the inn. He was rustling through the garbage.
Bregil chuckled as she walked up to him.

“Getting a snack eh? I'm sure our dear bartender friend would love that.”
Bregil knelt down and scratched Faervel's neck. He leaned into her with a content sigh as he chomped on some bones.

“I don't think it will be much longer then we can rest. Sorry you have to be out here my friend.”
Faervel suddenly jumped up, his ears perked up in alert as he let out a low growl in the direction Aldred and the man went in.

“What do you see?”

Bregil felt the ground rumble and saw Aldred running and a large human-like creature following him.
“Oh Gods,” Bregil gasped as she grabbed her bow over her shoulder and pulled out an arrow as her and Faervel ran out of the way of a boulder rolling towards them. She aimed at the giant and it hit his shoulder. Faervel growled and was getting ready to attack. Other members of the Crimson Company came to aid in fighting off the giant.

“Like hell Faervel, You'll get killed. Just wait,” she said as she pulled him back and pulled out another arrow.
Bregil heard Nyx yell that they needed to find survivors. She turned and ran back in the inn.

“Come on Faervel, I need your nose.”
Fearvel gave a determined gruff and followed.
