Destructive Energy isn't just explosions from what I've thought about it.
Destructive Energy is energy that's manipulated into being destructive _**in some way.**_
All of the creations she can make end up being destructive, that's why I made scatter a thing.
I guess it was a bit confusing and I apologize for that. If I haven't explained it accurately enough for you to understand I can get rid of the life form creation thing.

Hakai-Ergokinesis- Melanie can manipulate destructive energy (DE) at their will, and even create it.
Destruction Beam- Melanie sends out a beam of destructive energy that first does nothing, but then explodes at the target she shot, this takes a lot of energy to use, last resort ability.
Overpower- Melanie releases lots of powerful energy in her body, sending pulses that make nearby electronics shut down near her.
DE Weapon- Melanie enchants a weapon of choice with DE, making it deal more damage to her enemies on impact.
DE Creation- Using Melanie's power of her destructive energy, she can create anything out of DE, of course, the bigger the object the more energy it'll take, she can also make 'artificial' living things like DE kitties. (she likes cats.)
Scatter- Melanie can scatter a creation she has made, making it turn into several shards of DE that bounce around and hit her enemies.
Emotional Trigger: Bloodlust: When put into a furious state, (friend is killed in battle etc) Bloodlust is involuntarily triggered, giving Melanie intense speed, nothing else. Just speed with her abilities and body.This ability is not permanent, just until Melanie calms down.
Bio:
Melanie discovered her ability when she was 8, she was quite a mischievous little child because of it. Her parents were normal so this was a surprise to their family. Melanie's family consisted of three kittens, her, and her mother and her father. Melanie used to use her ability in her own home, just to do things like take money from her parents without them knowing, just the small things.
She didn't think it'd ever come back to bite her in the butt. After 6 years, of all things.
When the raids started being conducted she was found out and saw her parents get murdered in front of her own small 14 year old eyes. Bloodlust triggers.
Melanie quickly escapes from the grasp of the Blades that raided her and ran. Ran into a forest and hid.
She lived through more years after that by her own wit and power, with companionship only from her ability...

Evelynn barked to grab the girl's attention, new people is too much fun so I have to alert them, all dogs ever.
