Hi guys, sorry my reply has taken so long, due to my boss being a liar and a prick I will be away from home for work until sunday at the earliest. I know this isn't the best start for a GM, but it's the first, last and only time it'll happen.

Now to questions. No, I'm not accepting new CSs now, we're full enough, though I may throw this open for villains at some point.

I was thinking Champion City could replace New York's Manhatten island, but being from England I know nothong about it's geography, if anyone can suggest something similar then let me know.

And Fortunesfaded, I love him, don't change a thing.
Thanks for posting the link GodOfChaos, I can't figure out how to on this bloody phone.
Can't get to my laptop yet guys, out of town overnight for work. But this post will have all the accepted CSs, rules, etc. If you guys want to start posting IC then go ahead. Let's get some good intro posts, fight a villain, whatever you want to do. But please finish your post with your characters arriving at a disused window factory in Champion City's industrial district.

Have fun :)
I really like all these guys! If yoi have a complete CS then you're accepted. I'm really looking forward to this :D
Yeah there is still room. Just whip up a CS.

And Salamander is looking good so far & The Ghost is in :)
@Bweoti. I love Ninja, he is definitely in :)

@GodOfChaos. No worries mate, take your time.

@Jules_Watts. Deatho seems pretty interesting, though I'm not sure how the other team members would take to a mask that steals from pensioners for fun. I'll provisionally accept the CS, though I'd like to see more for his bio please.

Interested! Working on my CS now.

Fantastic! This potentially brings us up to ten players. I think this could be a pretty good RP :)

Shouldn't you make an ooc for the character sheets? It looks like you're new to the site, so I'll go ahead and tell you that that's what people usually do.

I probably should have, but I figured I'd get all the character sheets sorted and accepted here and save the OOC thread for OOC chatter once we have our cast sorted. Speaking of accepted characters, Oneshot is definitely accepted and I'm pretty sure Anarchy will be too. Looking forward to seeing the kind of characters the rest of you come up with.

Base of Operation: A disused storeroom under the mall where he works.

Biography: Born and raised in Champion City, Steve Williams has always been a disappointment to his parents. The youngest and brightest of three brothers, he was always an underachiever who never seemed to even try to live up to his capabilities. While his brothers threw themselves into their studies, young Steve showed no interest in academic pursuits, instead skipping school or showing up for sports. He excelled in track and field, wrestling and football, but his real passion, much to his mother's horror, was boxing. Steve entered many competitions and won trophy after trophy, but his parents constantly tried to talk him out of it, seeing such brutish contests as below them and their children.

It looked like Steve would go on to be a professional athlete, but his lack of effort in most subjects caused him to be rejected by any college he applied for. While his brothers, John and Dale, attended university and went on to become a surgeon and a lawyer respectively, Steve finished with very poor grades and found work with a bail bondsman, chasing down fugitive criminals. Being extremely quick on his feet and more than capable of handling himself in a fight, Steve excelled in this line of work. When he was 21 however, Steve's career as a bounty hunter abruptly ended. He had tracked a wanted fugitive, found him holed up in a girlfriend's house, as he approached the door he could hear the sounds of a struggle and a woman screaming. The screams abruptly cut off as he kicked the door in and Steve was confronted with the sight of the woman, battered and bloodied, on her knees with her boyfriends hand locked around her throat. Something snapped inside Steve at that moment, in a rage he threw himself at the man and beat him into a coma. Grateful for her rescue, the woman refused to testify against him and Steve was lucky to escape a custodial sentence, he was however stripped of his bounty hunter's licence and could only find work as a mall security guard.

In the years that followed, Steve watched in despair as his once beloved city descended into anarchy. Even in his day job he would witness masked criminals rob shops and get away with it time after time simply because they couldn't be clearly identified. When a fellow security guard was murdered and the killer was allowed to walk, Steve couldn't take it anymore, he donned the mask and hat for the first time and took to the streets as Green Skull, intent on bringing the killer to justice. He trailed the man through the darkened city streets, looking for somewhere discreet to take him down. He rounded a corner and found the killer, pinning a woman to the alley wall with a crowbar across her throat as he fumbled with his belt. He didn't hear Green Skull approaching, only knew he was in any danger as the vigilante's gloved fist connected with the back of his head. Steve snatched up the crowbar and repeatedly beat the man with it, shattering both his knees and elbows. He offered the man a choice as he bound him to the telegraph pole outside the police station, confess to his crimes when the police found him, or wait and see what happened when Green Skull caught up with him again... He confessed. Steve has been offering criminals the same choice for two years now.
Right, well we're up to 8 players already, I reckon we're ready for CSs. I'm just doing mine now. Feel free to make up your own gangs if you want to say who your mask has been fighting (in their biography section)
