It's the 2nd IC day, 1st of January. It's around afternoon/evening though we can skip to the next day if you want.

For future reference, that's why I added the dates and end of day graphics i mentioned earlier.

Ok, It's a bit troubling to see such long periods of inactivity.

I finally modded and added the Logo to the first page of the IC and OOC. I hope you like them.

I also put all the dates in Dark red to make keeping track of the days easier, and added an end of page graphic at the end of each day (though if you find a nicer one, put it here, I'm open for suggestions). I'll have to figure out a way to keep track of the existing/active characters so as to keep the Character Section usable. As I can't delete people's post, I might ask you all to send me coded copies of your CSes so I can put all the active characters in the first post. That should do the trick. :)

Just for mine, and everyone else's convenience I'm making a list of players and characters.

That seems like a good amount of people and players so unless Demon and the two people from the Int Check join in, I think we should close the IntC. for new submissions. I'd rather keep it smallish so we can post more often and with less hassle.

Yeah, don't judge us by how often we post right now, we're undergoing a staff change and trying to deal with a GM vacation (aka mine xD; ). We'll be active once we've collected and established the new cast, though you're always welcome to join later on. For at least a few of the players I can vouch for being very committed as we've been doing Essence together for over a year now.

Anyway, if you want a better idea of what to expect, we're pretty (inter)active on Skype. PM me your name and I can add you to the group chat if you want.

Ryona, you're good to go, and I can already see how your character's ability will require some private tutoring. :p

Ryonara, sorry I took so long to check over your CS. I like it but I do have a few remarks.

Unfortunately I can't allow your character clone himself cuz we have a very strict “no matter creation” rule. He could use incorporeal projections though. Or even temporarily possess people and cast illusions on people to perceive the possessed as if it's him. (which would require either some skill or some inborn talent.)

Hulo there! Sorry I haven't been around much lately, I'm catching up with family and friends I haven't seen in half a year. Won't be online much till next week or so but I'll give you a very brief outline now.

What happened the first day (which is all we've done so far) is a little scandal at the start, then the students had breakfast and either went to classes or were recruited for a mission. We've just finished the mission. You don't need to read the whole IC as most of the characters there will be gone by now... What you should read is the first and last IC post.

Where you could jump in, is in saying your character is headed for classes or that they're part of the group that's assigned/asked by the principle to give Hazumi a music lesson. They won't know her personally yet so it's pretty convenient. :) Or your chara could just come to the school because they've recently found their Fragment (refer to the ooc if you don't know what I mean).

We don't need any specific type. We try to have complex characters overall so I couldn't say we "need" anything in specific. Perhaps just students that can play musical instruments, but that's not a necessity. However I do suggest you make a student and not a freelance or teacher.
