Well, i am thinking more like Amazo, how he duplicates Hero's powers, but can only use one at a time. Kinda like that, but make it so he can only sustain it for a certain amount of time. Like if he duplicated Flash's power, Then depending on how fast he runs, thats how fast the power goes away...

I smile and let go. My hand goes back to normal and seem to be tired "You, have no idea how much I had to concentrate in order to do that…" I say and look around "…So, where is the hanger? You know, where they put the ships and stuff?" I ask, grinning.

Also, Because of his powers, anything non organic, he can't steal the powers of. So he can't steal the powers of like Red Tornado or Cyborg. He also can't steal the powers of Wisp. And he gets the Weaknesses too, so if Superman/Superboy: Kryptonite, If a Martian: Fire/Heat, etc.

He ran over to him, and opened up his car by the roof, and was about to be captured by Bane, until some guy ran at lightning speed, hitting Bane on his side, knocking him over. he helped Sam out of his car and ran to fight Bane. He watched the fight from the sidewalk, and he thought it was awesome. He was able to sleep well that night. He awoke that morning and decided to go see more of the city. He got up and walked out of the hotel, and started walking around, when suddenly, he felt himself go a hundred mph, running around the city several times. He was amazed by this, when he realized that this is exactly the same thing the guy who saved him did. He had to find him, so he ran around and tried to spot him. He eventually ended up being noticed by the Flash, who was amazed by this. He decided to let Sam be his sidekick, and so they properly introduced each other, and they fought villains together for awhile, until eventually he noticed Sam take the abilities of one supervillain they had fought. The Flash realized what his power was, and sent him to here, where he now resides on the team.Personality: Sam is nice, and tries to be friends with all his teammates. He's got average smarts, would be a B student in school. Friends: Tries to be all his teammate's friendsFamily: Mother and Father are ordinary humans. And also it depends on the Telepath & "Spirit", i would assume Vladimir still has his brain intact, but Wisp has no physical brain, so maybe Wisp would be immune, but Vlad only partially
