And, Cadmus doesn't take Test Subjects, they make them, by cloning them, then deleting the Source Material

Just because the show didn't mention her as a part of Cadmus doesn't mean she isn't a part of it.
Except she obviously isn't, since The Light controls Cadmus, and The Light also controlled Hugo Strange, who over threw Amanda as Warden, and Cadmus is shut down shortly after that by The Light

That doesn't mean that Amanda doesn't work for them. Plus Super Boy was made by Cadmus. And Waller is apart of Cadmus.
Superboy was made by them, but Amanda has no connections to Cadmus in Young Justice
Actually, in Young Justice, she has NOTHING to do with Cadmus
