Congrats!!! :) I'm looking to see what teacher hiring season has in store for me this year, then I hope to start getting a down payment ready over the 14/15 school year.
I know Jason won't be worried about which way around he goes, so for most of them (Olivia, Iikka, Mario who probably lives in like Grand Oak lol) it would be a shortcut where I shifted it to. The courthouse/towncenter whathaveyou needs to be near the main commerce area.

So in this map.... how are they short cutting from the mall through the construction site? It doesn't make sense,most of the neighborhoods are away from that. It would make more sense if it traded places with say, the hospital.

Maybe like this? I also gave things names for reference. (If you don't have any FM streets around you, it means Farm to Market and is a sort of a parkway nearer to towns.) I have a .psd for this, things can be changed or added!

Terminal and I are writing a IC post to have ready, it will have Jason and Iikka heading to the mall.
You could always follow the plan I used: take this as a time to get an inventory of your gear you're taking into this hunt.
Do we need to draw up a little map of the town they live in? Something for reference? Where their houses are, where the apartments Max is in or the trailer park Jason is in are, where the mall is, main street, where the construction is, where any workplaces are, where the high school is...

It occurred to me that Eulalie would be Catholic and could read and understand Latin even if she didn't converse in it, so going to edit to add this. I myself am a filthy heathen so obviously I wasn't thinking of this until all the fish sandwich commercials showed up for Lent.
