Early Description
The Renaissance has spread through the world of Cepra. Famous artist, mathematicians, scientist, and sculptors are popping up left and right but that does not mean there is peace. Empires still are bloodthirsty and they want blood. Will you be the cultural powerhouse or will you be the strong empire, you choose.
My random info
This is it. I want to make a successful nations rp and this seems like it will be that. You get Renaissance area weapons (Early guns and cannons, and it still has swords) and you get to use naval warfare.
Points
Each Empire gets 500 points to buy specific bonuses. Points are gained through doing 10 posts that I deem worthy (No spam) or using points to make a building that makes you points every IC post you make. You can buy something with points any time in the rp.
Nations
Rules

No Assholeness
No Grammar Nazi

Either use Original Races (If you do show a picture or describe) or use normal fantasy races
Have fun or not, up to you
