I edited Eclipse's CS. He's different tiers in different modes of combat. I felt this gave him weaknesses that could be taken advantage of. Overall, if you want to rank him at his *best,* I'd say put him in T3. He was trained by both Bearnard Sutharlan and Mylla Staghain after all.

So. Eclise is terrible with the bow. I have the numbers reversed. I'll edit tonight.

Master: Legenary swordmen/High Magisters
Expert: Generals/Magisters
Adept: Professional soldier/Circle Mage
Apprentice: Trained Militia/New mage
Novice: Untrained Militia/Circle Student
5 ranks, 5 tiers. 1 = best, 5 = lowest.
Oh... To be honest, I didn't know the tiers were only for godlike-level characters. I assumed they were applicable to all "skilled" characters as a way to relate ability to each other. Should I change my character sheet? Should we get a more widely encompassing rating scale first?
