Current I know, without even the smallest shadow of doubt, I will look back at myself and wonder why I hadn't done more. Knowing this, BELIEVING this, does nothing to motivate me. It frustrates me to tears.

I will message each IC day without fail, otherwise it will be sporadic or when called on/the book being written in. I will post in the IC once everyone has made their first move. I figured we can see how the first few turns go before I make a decision on a super solid posting order or not. I want everyone to have a chance to participate but I also don't want the RP growing stale or other players having to sit on their hands.

Some more well asked questions! This time pertaining to the notebooks!

You can write in it what ever you please! Understand that the narrator can see and comment on what you write when ever he pleases. Your writing utensil appears in your writing hand when ever you desire to write within the notebook and it appears as what ever writing impliment you imagine yourself using. Whether that's a pen, pencil, sharpie, quill or whatever!

Talon Vynn

Madam Malkin's Robes

Interacting with: Anyone that can spare a moment!

By the time he had been able to pry his eyes from his wand box, it was too late. Right as he looked up a pair of tape measures had decided to work as a duo against his torso. They wrapped around him in unison, tying the box to his chest and catching him off guard. He stepped back in shock and tripped over a clothing rack he hadn't been ready to navigate. He tripped and fell awkwardly to his side but the quick pain was no match for the sheer wonder he felt watching the inanimate objects begin to function on their own while flying through the air. He couldn't help it, he giggled a bit and did his best not to snort. He was just too happy to be apart of a world with such wonders. He couldn't help but see it all as the wonderful magic it was, to him even the most mundane of magic would fascinate him... for now. He struggled half-heartedly against the tapes when he noticed a third inching its way towards his feet. IF it had the chance to wrap around both of his ankles he would be stuck on the floor until someone came to help him. It wasn't too terrible of a prospect, honestly. All he cared about was his wand at the moment but, he really didn't want to disappoint his aunt by not getting the clothing she had sent him in for. Plus, they were working on something of a schedule.

"H-hey...What should we-"

He was shouting a question in the general vicinity of the other kids under the assault of the tapes when a boy began fighting them back with his wand. It was all Talon needed to have a reason to try and use his own. He didn't know if a noisy spark would help in this situation but maybe it could at least free him so he could try to help the others.

If this is how the wizard world is... then I'm in!

He wriggled against the tapes as much as he could, it wasn't a half bad showing. He was used to using a little force when necessary, many of his sports required it. He was able to pull the box down and out of the grip of the slender menaces. He then worked the lid off and he the wand in his right hand. Holding it again reminded him of why he had to put it back in the box in the first place. IT felt like another finger, like it was always supposed to be there. Was there a time when he didn't own a wand? He tried flicking the wand around like he had bene shown at Ollivander's but all he had managed to do in three flicks was knock over another clothing rack, untie his right shoe and gently brush the tape closest to his right side. He decided that he was better off trying to get another kid to help him. Obviously he had allot to learn and, if being a wizard was anything like the stories he heard back in the normal world then he wasn't sure he wouldn't cause some serious damage. He sat up as well as he could without arms and looked into the teeming fray of children.

"Hey, uh... Can anyone spare a moment to help?"

His voice was raised but he wasn't yelling. It looked like most of them had their hands full anyways but he figured if one of them could help he could at least start working with them to free the others. All that mattered was he had his wand in hand, he had never felt more at home.
Natsu brought up a good point!

You guys have to at least have some idea where you came from in order to gauge what it would be that surprised you or not. In the spirit of not having all of you seemingly indifferent to every new thing you encounter, I'm going to say that everyone here came from earth and is surprised and in awe of the things that would normal invoke those sort of feelings in you. PM me if you have any questions!

Also! new letters cause your notebook to appear in your hand if it's free or near you in plain sight if your hands are otherwise occupied.
Feel free to RP what has been sent to you in what ever way you feel proper :3

If you have any questions please feel free to message me. If it is ever OOC then make a separate message!!!!!!!

Edit: For the love of RP, don't share any letters unless it's in the IC
@KahleenCuthald!

I apologize! I forgot to answer your question! Death is not only a possibility but a likelihood! Expect anything and you just might make it, and maybe not even then.
...What are you willing to risk to find your place?
@Natsu Feel free to move your character into the character tab! Thank you!
Ready yourselves! A storm has been brewing, and you're only just now brought in on a fresh breeze!
I will try to send each of you important letters tonight, if that doesn't work out then I will send them out tomorrow after work!
Sunburn might be the worst ever! I feel for you, I wish you a speedy recovery!
