Ability: Can summon or suck in water from his hands. He can control the water that he summons, though he can also control water that he didn't summon. He can also breath in water.

Cenhelm was getting somewhat bored just waiting for everyone to stop talking. It seemed like he was the only one that even noticed Myra's idea of where to go. Cenhelm saw a few dimes on the ground, and he picked them up so they would have some money.
