Well there is no such thing such as information gathering, the closest you can get to that is being a sniffer.

Asylums aren't really trusted with information, they are merely given orders which they must carry out. The reason amro holds such an impressive hold over alchemy is because it possesses a monopoly on the information available, information that is known by very few and those that do know are often under the scrutiny of amro.

Also the Gemellie are already there, along with several other Asylums. A few have actually gotten out of the pods and are now enjoying breakfast. And as far as the Gemellie are concerned they aren't really the type to hold meetings, they aren't your typical role model superiors. :p They are just lazy and go where ever something can curb their boredom. xD But who knows if your characters can hold an amusing conversation with them, they may return the favour. =D

A.M.R.O is no longer the only one of its kind as slowly several other organizations are taking root in an attempt to share the monopoly that A.M.R.O has acquired in Alchemy and its sheer influence. However A.M.R.O will not stand for any rogue activity that is unpredictable or wreckless.

The sstory starts with the Gemellie eradicating a meeting of one such deranged organization known as the Forsaken Kings, individuals who believe Alchemy gives them a right to rule. Once the Gemellie take care of that they along with several other teams are suddenly sent to Vegas on an urgent notice. Namely because a tip has been dropped that the Circus will be coming there.

Out of all the Organizations very few actually stand to pose a threat to A.M.R.O. Circus is one such organization, they have also strangely managed to avoid A.MR.O's tracking for more than 2 years and now out of the blue they are said to make an appearance. A.M.R.O wants to understand their intentions.

Once the teams appear in Vegas, the Gemellie are randomly attacked by a rogue Alchemist who peaks Angel's interest. Once the rogue is easily defeated Angel starts a game. The game serves as an ice breaker and also the loser of that game gets to take on the role of the bait, the most undesired role. The objective of the game is to track down a little orb of energy, hence it is sort of race and the only rule is to maintain discretion in front of the public.

The game eventually kicks in as Angel throws the orb near the outskirts of Vegas and mentally declares the game has started. The Asylums reach the end point and start a friendly battle to see who gets to grab the orb first and as it turns out Maeve gets a hold of it and suddenly is paralyzed/

In the back ground we realize Angel has invaded Kiara's mind and is telling her of his plan to use all the Asylums as bait. He tells her the Kings knew where they were and suspects a traitor within their ranks, he also tells her the leader of the Kings is one of the council of four. The Kings are cowards and wouldn't have appeared if the Asylums were in tip top condition, so he set up this game to wear them down and since he telepathically announced this game to everyone, the Kings knew exactly where to ambush them. If that wasn't worse enough, he also laced the ball of energy with a paralyzing poison so as to tempt the Kings even more. His end game the Kings would abduct the paralyzed Asylum and take her to their base and in doing so lead the Asylums right to them.

Currently the Asylums are facing Gadrael one strong, bad mofo. The joint effort of the Asylum results in Gadrael being wounded and bound to chains and impaled by shadows manifesting as spikes. However before the killing blow can be delivered Gadrael does something that is taboo but more so the knowledge of which was though to be extinct. He used a form of forbidden alchemy known as 'sacrifical alchemy'. By destroy his right hand he gained unimaginable power and quickly dispatched the Asylum, leaving them all in critical condition. Eventually however, the damage took its toll and Gadrael quickly retreated but not before abducting the paralyzed Asylum Maeve.

The Gemellie soon appeared afterwards and cleared the battlefield of the remaining enemies and took the injured to A.M.R.O bunker located underneath the Caesar palace in Las Vegas. There these injured Asylums are recuperating in healing pods.

Alrighty, that a reason good as any. And as far as memory serves I enjoyed your characters in the last RP quite a bit. xp

As far as how you will get into the story. Well your characters can be present within the A.M.R.O bunker before Angel got there with the injured Asylums who were placed in regenerative pods, the 'fish tanks'.

You can post any time you wish mate and get in on the story. As far what has happened so far, I posted a detailed summary a few pages back.

Oh yes and speaking of alchemy augmentation and de-augmentation. Maiden alchemy like that is extremely difficult, de-augmentation is possible but not on a person alchemy itself but on the alchemical attack. However the toll it takes is very high so it is not advised to use it. In amro there is only one person who utilises augmentation and deaugmentation and that is amros one and only support type Chrono, the only person to have mastered that alch-spec.

Also most means of enhancing alchemy are forbidden. But there are various kinds of forbidden alchemy. The one that we all know popularly is stealing another's sanity. However the one we encountered was quite different. What Gadrael used was sacrificial alchemy. The knowledge to this is extremely classified, hence amro's strictness on silencing all nay-sayers regarding the subject.

Nice post arch, I enjoyed reading that. xD

Though again I would have suggested you to try and have your characters create a dialogue to open character interaction. Maybe you could have had them join in for breakfast, or ask any questions they may have to the Gemellie etc.

Chrono Asylum isn't solely a combat based rp. xp here is an interesting topic starter, you guys can start discussing what happened at the battle ground, maybe discuss forbidden alchemy (though do note this will be the first time we have encountered it). You guys can also discuss the mission perimeters such as how could the kings know the circus was to come to Vegas, knowledge only amro possessed.

Or you guys can just have a friendly discussion :p

Also sort I reviewed your characters, you are accepted in Chrono Asylum =D However I did notice you aren't too active. Chrono Asylum has a rule of one post per 4 days and that has to be met unless there is a viable excuse.

As syb hasn't met this criteria he is out of the RP, his characters will be considered mia hence dead.

Haha such a pity Angel would have enjoyed the sheer awkwardness of that situation. :p

Regardless I find nothing wrong with the post, it was pretty good as it set the mechanics for both your characters and them coming close to their deaths allowed each of them to progress. Though I wouldn't be surprised if Angel is sitting near a dark corner during the intimate moment with Kai and Lena, his expression saying, 'you guys got in the wrong room'. xp Aah killing alchemists and ruining emotional moments, Angel's forte.

It would have been a little better if you had opened up a dialogue with some Asylums hence initiating the character interaction. However seeing as your characters just got out, they will need to compose themselves. :p

Oh yes and there is a opening, the people who wish to initiate character interaction can join in the breakfast. The Gemellie will do so shortly, once I have enough material to write. xp

There is no hurry Maiden ^.^ the people in Chrono Asylum are going no where :p with them being I'n pods and what not. :p

I need to come up with a better name for these pods. -_- fish tanks? :p that's a nice name right?

And trust me you guys will be seeing these fish tanks quite often xD
