Angel couldn't help but sneer at the sight of the lecherous lizard being knocked out by a mere pebble. "Looking at this makes the whole 'David and Goliath' story a bit more plausible." He jeered while nudging his chuckling partner. The Lost Number's upbeat attitude was clearly the result of landing on solid ground, it was afterall no surprise that A.M.R.O's Crow detested most means of transportation.
"I see everyone has gathered at my humble abode!" Lucas Peralta clapped his hands together as he along with his family casually walked towards the gargantuan gold plated gate. "What say we get this party on its way?" With these magic words the gate slowly parted allowing the guests to witness the Peralta estate and all its glory.
"Humble....abode," The Laofeng Patriarch reiterated with a smile, his tone heavily laced with sarcasm as his eyes explored this sinful paradise.
A massive golden carpet welcomed the guests, stretching from the base of the gate all the way to the mansion's main door. However this was by no means the highlight, the real extravagance blared from the luxurious swimming pools on each side of the carpet. With the arrival of said guests, as if per que, the DJ cranked the music and the entire estate transformed into a debaucherous pool party.
It is said a show of wealth if often synonymous to a show of power, as such one could hardly blame this overzealous bloodline for putting on a spectacle for their guests. Scantily dressed women danced till the eye could see, butlers distributed alcohol and drugs as if horderves, the entire compound served as a powerful welcome to their guests while silently revealing their way of life, 'No sin or pleasure is too expensive for a Peralta'.

BloodLines"I love it!" Henry exclaimed in delight, his palm striking Lucas's back in approval. "Now this is what I am talking about, that last meeting was so fucking bland at least you know how to keep things alive!" The Queen Anne patriarch continued, applauding the ambiance while discreetly shooting a smug look towards the Adesolas.
"This is all a wasteful show of wealth, excuse me if I preferred to show a little professionalism!" Amaka snapped back, clearly insulted by Henry's remarks. It had been a tradition, bound by centuries, that every five years one of the Bloodline must host the 'Meeting of Crests' where the Patriarchs are summoned to discuss issues and create treaties and bonds that encourage peace.
"You see that is your problem dearie, you are so fucking boring," Henry replied yawning while wearing an expression of disinterest, just looking at the uptight Matriarch had mysterious ways of making him drowsy.
"Are you two really arguing over whose hosting was better?" Clair Laeveau interrupted the two, her tone condescending as if addressing two children. "Both of you are aware of the tragedy, you should know what this means?" She was unable to fathom how the Peraltas and the Queen Anne were able to maintain such a jovial behavior under these situations. The very point of this meeting was to address the murders that had surrounded the Bloodlines but now an entire family had been wiped out. This was no longer a simple act of attrition but a deceleration of war, blood must be payed in blood and that means another Bloodline will fall.
"Calm down sweetheart, why fret over these matters right now? The meeting will begin soon enough and then we can proceed to slicing each others throats......" With a hearty laugh the Patriarch then proceeded to snatch a few drinks from a nearby butler and gulp them one after the other.
Meanwhile Lei Gong and Ying Laofeng had found themselves in the company of the Kians once more, the Patriarch wasted no time in greeting the Matriarch with a polite bow. Ying on the other hand looked a bit uncomfortable in facing the woman whose child she had almost murdered.
"How is your children doing? I hope the whole ordeal didn't frighten them too bad, but being a Kian I am sure they are rather resilient," the Patriarch opted to start the conversation, his eyes darting around to try and find the little trouble makers while wondering if this environment is fit for children.

Ante MortemWhile the Asylums and Bloodlines had entered the compound, Ante Mortem remained outside along with the unconscious Geko. While Rena kept herself entertained by tearing of a tree branch and using it to poke Geko's face, Angel appeared a little distraught while receiving a telepathic message.
"What do you mean wiped out?"
"That is all terrible.....very terrible indeed, but you know who is responsible right?"
"You are not sure....."
"What do you mean we have to figure this out?"
"Don't you end transmission, this isn't what I sig-"
"What is wrong big brother, you have a scary look on you?" The Chrono inquired, momentarily stopping from assaulting Geko's face only to poke it once more.
"Apparently something has happened that changes everything, our purpose has been redefined from being moderators to executioners," the Lost Number sighed as his fingers nursed his aching temples. Assassination was nothing new to Ante Mortem, however this situation required them to find the culprit and the wrong allegation could lead to all out war.
"This is why I hate politics," the crimson vested Asylum continued to vent as his fingers snapped in a hypnotic rhythm. As the sound echoed the world around them slowly appeared to warp, as if ripples tearing through reality. In actuality this was how a human would perceive the phenomenon known as astral projection, the consciousness of Ante Mortem along with all the present Asylums was pulled away into the void.
"Welcome to the void, the pathway between all minds," Angel casually greeted the distraught Asylums who had just experienced the world breaking. "You need not worry, we aren't in anyone's mind or some cliche like that. The void is a pathway between your consciousness and my consciousness, consider it like a pit stop where the perception of time does not exist." As the Lost Number explained the white formless space which they inhabited, the empty existence appeared to tremble and reshape itself. By the time Angel had finished his explanation, the space in which they stood resembled a large Victorian stylized library lit by a multitude of candles.
"The Delacours are all dead!" The Chrono suddenly chirped, her anti-climatic reveal dropping the news without warning. "They are dead, so dead, very dead, super dead!"
"As my partner so eloquently placed it, an entire Bloodline has been annihilated. This changes the very nature of our roles as well as the meeting, if we do not resolve this matter....we are looking at an alchemic war between the rogues of this world. I can't stress enough the amount of paperwork I will have to complete.....if that were to happen....we are talking months of paper work.....we cannot allow that and so we must prevent any further tragedy."
