There are two wanting the same spot and both pretty much at the same time. If you two want to work it out amongst yourselves that is fine. Both are equally good in their own right.

Otherwise, I would have to choose among you and I hate doing that.
Her skin was cool as water enveloped her making her feel weightless. The sun sent threads of golden rays down from the surface warming her skin.  She was somewhere in the ocean. She could taste the salt of the water on her lips but it wasn't a bother. The fact she was underwater at all did not seem to faze her. In fact, it felt, natural, like it is where she belonged.
To her right a school of silvery fish glistened as they made their way to destinations unknown. A small crossed her lips and she darted beside them. Her body moved effortlessly through the water not wasting energy with kicking or the sort. She was quick, and agile as the fish she now swam amongst.

For a ways she would go, coming across all manners of ocean creatures. Dolphins, a couple sharks, and even taking a rest whole holding onto a whale. Yet, as she moved to the deeper waters something would catch her ear.

"Aqua," she swore it said, but the noise was so distant it was hard to distinguish.

"Aqua," it repeated.

She stopped and listened for the sound again. It obliged her. Only this time she knew where it came from, the depths. This was a strange phenomenon to be sure but she had no reason to suspect any danger, right? This was her domain. She swam downwards to investigate.

As she swam darkness enveloped her and the warming rays of the sun no longer made it down this far. The temperature grew colder and colder. She would suddenly stop, startled by a presence. It was Darkness himself. She knew he was there, but no matter how hard she tried she could not see him in his true form.

"What are you doing down here?! This is my home!" she protested.

"I came to see you of course," his voice was suave and seductive.

Still, she would have none of it. She knew what he was here for. Without a further word exchanged he knew he was rejected, but this would prove to be the last time it would happen.

His hand lunged at her with such a speed she could not react to evade. Pain shot through her body. She started to swim to the surface as fast as she could.

As she emerged from the darker waters a trail of blood marked her path. Still, she could feel herself slowing down and growing tired. Weakness quickly crept upon her as she summoned up all her strength to keep moving forward. An outstretched hand would feel sun upon it, but it felt no warmth. It only got colder, and colder. Her finger would be the only thing to break the surface, causing only a small ripple on the surface, before sinking back into the waters below.
Her eyes now heavy and body unnaturally cold she watched as she slowly began to retreat back into the dark depths below, a fading trail of blood hovering over her. It all went dark.

Alexis sprang up from her bed, a cold sweat beaded on her face.

"Not again," she groaned as she wiped the sweat up with the sleeve of her t-shirt.

Eyes glancing over at the clock it would be over an hour before her alarm was set to ring. Another groan escaped her lips. At this point it was better just to get up. Hell, she could take more time on her morning chores, if there was any brightside to be had of this. She got up and went to get ready.

The eggs gathered and the chickens fed she once again changed for classes. It was the first day of her senior year and she was more than ready to get it over with. Chelsea, her best friend since middle school, was already going on about colleges and the best party schools. It was hard to believe Alex and Chelsea would be friends at all, they were very much opposites of each other. Yet, somehow it worked out well.

Putting the final brush strokes in her long hair she sighed and grabbed her purse and messenger bag.

Pulling into the school parking lot she couldn't help but be happy her old truck had made it another summer, though she was weary about pressing her luck. It was old and it doubled as one of the work vehicles. It had defiantly seen better days.
She jumped down from the truck and made her way inside. "Almost done," she thought.
Standing in line was boring to say the least, and Alexis took the opportunity to check her cellphone while waiting. The line was starting to move. Finally...

As she was scrolling through a menu something caught her ear, but only barely. It sounded like a gunshot, but very distant. Noone else really seemed to notice or care and she shrugged the sound off as maybe just hearing the cracking of a whip in one of the nearby tents.

Finally receiving her cone, blue raspberry as was her favourite, her curiosity would be piqued at the sight of a determined Mr Winchester, the mysterious magician himself, would come inside the big top. He began weaving in and out of the crowd until he started to pass close by.

Now was her chance, she could actually ask, and talk to someone who didn't seem much different than herself. What an opportunity!

“Mr. Winchester” she asked quickly as he started to pass, “May I ask you something?”

How did you duplicate yourself? And set your finger alight? But was stunned when you found a cold waterbottle?”

Alex made no attempt to sugar-coat this attempt. If this wasn't a red flag in his direction it was a false trail with more than its share of embarrassment on her part.

“A-are you okay?” she asked through blue lips ( compliments of her recent icy treat ) noticing him so determined about something. Something seemed to have his feathers ruffled.
I'll be putting up the introductory post tomorrow. Thanks everyone for joining and I hope to get this off to a strong start. Never be shy to implement your own plotline as well. =)
The magician lifted the bottle to his lips and took a drink. It seemed to take him a moment before he realized that something about it had changed. For a second he looked confused but Alex could see it all piece together in his mind. That much was obvious in his eyes. He looked up at her with a smile and a wave seemingly undisturbed by what had just occurred. Chelsea pulled her outside impatiently.

“Take a picture, it'll last longer, ya know.”

She huffed, “Its not that!”

“Then what is it then?”

Alex didn't reply, she couldn't think of a witty comeback and conceded to defeat.

“Someone finally catch your eye?”

Alex found it easier to just play along versus try to explain what really occurred, “What can I say? I like green eyes.”

“Well I've known you for 5 years and never once have I heard that.”

She felt her lie beginning to unravel. “The big top?” she asked.

“Of course,” she responded leading the way inside.

Inside it was only a few degrees warmer then outside but this crowd was much larger. The crowd was so large in fact it forced them to sit in the back. This was all fine by Alex, but Chels wasn't as okay with it.

“Can you save my seat?” Alex asked as she stood up, “I'm going to get a sno-cone.”

“ 'Kay,” she replied, “but hurry or you might miss the beginning.”

Jumping down from the bit taller bleacher she ducked and weaved through the crowd towards the sno-cone line. The line was slow, much slower than any sno-cone line should be. Alex spent only the briefest moment of her time looking at the menu, she knew what she wanted, and merely waited.
Name: Alexis 'Alex' Fletcher

Age: 17 yrs

Gender: Female

Element: Aqua

Bio: Alexis was born to James and Kaitlyn Fletcher on a small farm outside of town. Being raised on the farm with her elder brother Chance, she had quickly become used to the lifestyle and responsibilities that entailed. However, Papa would never allow her grades to suffer should the work become overwhelming. Her family was not wealthy by any stretch of the word, in fact, they weren't that well off. Yet, they survived.

She had always been the quiet one and ignored most of her school existence, despite her vibrant hair and blue eyes, but it never once bothered her, and her attire was nothing spectacular. She was never really challenged by any schoolwork and spent most of her class-time reading whatever book caught her interest that week. She did not play sports or even attend functions, to include junior prom. Away from school she dutifully did her chores and always took the time to ride Sampson, her favourite horse. Still, despite hard days of work she hasn't slept well for quite a while, constantly disturbed by an unexplained nightmare. Always the same one.

This is a reboot on an RP originally started by Jon Snow on the old guild. ( Jon if you are reading this, please do join. =) You were awesome. ) In the beginning of the Universe there was only Light and Darkness. Light found the Universe to be empty and created the four elements: Terra, the element of Earth, Aqua, the element of Water, Pyro, the element of Fire, and Zephyr, the element of Air. The elements came together and created the Universe as we know it. Of the elements Darkness was hated and became bitter and full of hatred for this brother's creations that is, except for Aqua, herself. She became an object of his desire. One day, while swimming through the ocean, Darkness attempted to woo her. She revolted in disgust, her heart lied with Pyro. In a rage Darkness struck her down killing her. Her body faded into the water to which it once reigned.

Pyro flew into a rage and began to burn the Earth and the living creatures upon it. Terra and Zephyr tried to calm him but Pyro, unable to control his rage, struck down Zephyr. Terra, now enraged at his temper smothered his flames with the earth, but not before becoming gravely wounded herself. For a few millennia the Earth regrew and once again flourished. Light and Darkness still fought for control. Both knew the Gods themselves might be dead but wound eventually be reborn in the bodies of the modern inhabitants.

This is that story. Our characters would be High School students ( or about that age ) each with one of the elements reborn into them. Darkness and Light will each try to recruit them to restore balance to the world.

Characters so far:

Light: xRobynx
Darkness: OPEN
Aqua: xRobynx
Pyro: Soul
Terra: Blue Demon
Zephyr twins: Psych13 & Energie
This seems to be enough to get it off the ground. I can always do Light and Dark if that is what it takes. I'm fairly decent I think at multiples.

I'll go ahead and make a cs skeleton for everyone to work on while I get the main post up. Its really basic. When I get the main post up go ahead and post them in there.

Continuing on with the show Mr Winchester would go into his finale. What a finale it would prove to be. The magician would make a copy of himself appear on stage, even to the point of one of them pulling one of the other's finger off. Alexis sat spellbound as did most of the crowd. This could not have been a simple illusion. It just wasn't possible!

As the show ended the crowd clapped, Alexis was no exception. She had a sneaking suspicion of what was going on, but wouldn't dare speak a word of it. Not that anyone would believe her anyway. She quickly formulated a small plan, maybe it would answer her question.

As the crowd began to filter out the small exit the fresh breeze once again hit her, reminding her of the much more pleasant atmosphere that awaited her outside. That, however, could wait, at least for this moment. Alexis watched as the mysterious Mr Winchester reached for the bottle of water to which he had consumed most throughout the duration of his performance it would be nearly empty, at least at that moment.

With only a few seconds of thought the bottle once again filled with water, cold and refreshing, a stark contrast to the air inside.

Chelsea began to pull at her, “C'mon, the world's strongest man will start soon, then its off to the big top!”

Alex didn't seem in a hurry. She was slow to walk to the exit and was the last in the line to leave, wanting to know if her suspicion had been justified. She couldn't help but glance over with a bit of anxiety as the illusionist walked towards his bottle.
