lol I just read Kira's last post, then all the hype posts, then all that was going through my head was a weird mash up of everything.

Long story short it came out as "SHIT NEEDS TO EXPLODE THE MULTIVERSE LIKE A HYPETRAIN OF LOVE LEVEL OVER 9000!"

The Rebellion

For a few hours, Zech worked the ore crushers. His clothes and all his exposed skin had a layer of soot and dust covering it. He didn't mind, though. For months, he had been taking small amounts of coal dust and mining explosives. In his spare time, he'd mix them up, creating a primitive but powerful form of gunpowder. And now every cart he'd been assigned for the past few weeks was laced with it. Today, he put in his finishing touch.

In order for the mixture within the ore to ignite, the temperature had to reach at least 500 degrees Celsius. Fortunately, he had just the thing for the job. C4. He'd hidden a block of C4 inside the storage compound about an hour ago, and on his last trip he'd simply attach a timed detonator and walk away. The resulting explosion would have the explosive force of a few hundred pounds of gunpowder with millions of fragments of ore as shrapnel. From there everything would be up to his captains. The makeshift weapons had been secreted away, most if not all humans in the complex were ready to spring. In 13 minutes and 47 seconds, humans would strike back for the first time in centuries. We will show them that the human spirit will not be dominated.

I'm gonna make a short post like right now and try to catch Zack up to everything... then gonna pass out again. Being sick really sucks.

Zack had pretty much found everything he wanted. He got plenty of snacks, music, and even a few books about meditation. He heard Lady Violetta's final call to finish shopping and realized he had forgotten something important. His second pet!

"Cmon, Jura! We’re gonna find you a new friend."

With that, they were dashing off towards the pet shop once again. It wasn't long before a purple furred little puppy was nuzzling Zack's leg as he stood at the counter finishing the purchase. While he was at it, he bought food for them as well. All his shopping done, he quickly pushed the cart back to the rest of the group, with his new companions trailing behind.

Upon arriving at the café, he saw the rest of the group seated and… The butler behind the counter. Huh. Wonder where the staff went. Or maybe he just works here regularly?

“Hello, everyone!” He said with a smile.

Taking his seat, Zack asked Mr. Palatine for a Cheeseburger deluxe, medium rare, with a glass of sprite, then thanked the butler for taking his order.

It was supposed to be a simple task. Grab some intel about some people called the horsemen, play some poker, get out. Simple. But things got complicated as soon as tried stepping out of the building. He was dazed by a haymaker to the face as he stepped out the door, then subdued by three security guards when he tried to fight back. He could take more than a few punches, but when three heavily muscled guys catch you by surprise and start going to town on you, it’d take some doing to come out on top. He didn’t have the close up combat know how to do so.

Damn. How did you get yourself into this one, Zane? You’re strapped to a chair, awaiting execution by experimental drug inoculation. Not your finest moment, buddy. Morgana and Jonson are probably gone, and you and this girl are apparently next. Looking over at his fellow captive, he leaned backward to see how exactly she was tied up. He couldn’t see his own hands, but if they were tied the same way, he could try to get himself free by using hers as a guide. He really wished he had his armor right about now.
Electronic handcuffs. Great. He needed some kind of hacking tool to open these.

“Hey. Butterfly. We’ve got electrolock handcuffs. You got any tricks up your sleeves to get outta here before Mr. Druggie comes back?”

The Rebellion

Okay. well this is a mining facility on a remote asteroid, so maybe he stowed away on some ship or something. Just a suggestion.

What I've decided to do regarding the collective is I'm controlling the majority of them, but Collective characters that have bearing on your background I'm letting each individual control. For example, She-wolf has a Sentinel who is currently her captor, so I decided she would know best how to handle that specific member of the collective.

You can also create Collective characters to make things more interesting and kind of put twists in the plot, but for the sake of moving the story along, I'm controlling the majority. In general, you can control most generic Collective, but the main antagonists and such I'm going to be playing.
