I am going to officially accept him now. I will add him to the accepted list tomorrow when I get back ona computer. Might I also suggest that the rest be in the form of a sort of comatose or stasis like state he entered upon taking too much damage or using WAY too much power?

that was how envisioned Grave Healing, he would definitely have to be a dormant like state when he is recovering. Also Death Walking will only be used for non-combat purposes.

Sloth or Pride are probably the two nastiest sins, especially since they're very subtle. Wrath is pretty easy to do. Envy is a werid one that is pretty ambiguous. I'd say Pride, Sloth, or Envy myself. Though Wrath is fun.

I came up with powers for the sins. pride is basically a very powerful douche bag who thinks he's better than anyone else. Gluttony would have consuming powers that eat away at things. Sloth would essentially mind f*** things with mental attacks that make it seem like their enemies are on a drug trip and slow them down. Envy would have the power to know about what makes people jealous and play on their emotions and influence them. Wraith would be easy since it would involve fiery powers and a character with anger issues.

Make a male Lust. There ya go, we have our pervert xD.Seriously though go for both. Or be one of the 4 horseman of the apocalypse, Death is my fav vote, but thats a common one. Could play around with War or something.

the thought did cross my mind but I have the other sins in mind, right now I am deciding between gluttony, sloth, envy or wrath as the sin that my character is based off of.
I'm thinking about making a second character who is either based off of one of the seven deadly sins or a catholic themed hero

Well being a servant is different than being an apprentice, technically... And even then Death would be accused of indirectly interfering with the realm of the living. But honestly it isn't that big of a deal. I can live with it. You can have the ability to summon spirits, but keep in mind summoning a spirit is different than necromancy. It takes a lot less to bring forth a simple spirit than resurrecting a being or something like that. Keep in mind a spirit on average will not take on a physical form and won't be able to touch anything. You can remedy this by adding even more power to the ability, but that would mean summoning less. Is this acceptable? And rethinking the weakness, it is acceptable.

I edited his powers, I did add in a power called Spirit Barrier as a way of him having a form defense, I also changed his Death Empowerment ability to Grave healing which lets him recover after a few hours of rest. I also gave him a weakness to divine attacks.

This is preposterous... I would never act in such a lame manor if I were the villain >_>More importantly, since you're character is more DC oriented, maybe use A.L.F.R.E.D. in stead of J.A.R.V.I.S.?Regardless of who you use the idea is fine and works for a suit like your's. And your character is accepted.Pretty cool character. I like how you incorporated Doomsday. Good job. Accepted. I'm a little iffy on this character. While I do think the concept is fair I'm not sure having a reaper of sorts is a good idea. As far as I know rules and stuff regarding god, angels, death, etc. in the comics are fairly iron clad. Those beings aren't really supposed to be allowed to intervene in the world of the living. If you wanted to make a deadman-esque, more powerful character that would be one thing. It also stands to reason that your character could be fairly more overpowered than the other characters that have already been accepted. There is always energy, both positive and negative around. It's rare that there isn't as far as I'm concerned because it's just that kind of essence that nowhere in the world is really free from. Not to mention it's highly unlikely people we or your fight will battle using iron or silver often. I mean unless you're the silver samurai or something XDPlease keep in mind I'm partially using Constantine as a source for supernatural affairs and what I know regarding the supernatural in DC and partially Marvel. Overall, you want to be a ghost, demon (they break the rules all the time right?), reincarnated soul, spirit of vengeance, etc. that's fine. But for now I'd say stay away from devils (demon bosses as a distinction), angels, gods, etc. Immortality? Sure. Spiritual energy manipulation? Fine, but you should rework it a bit. Maybe, give it more neutral form. Perhaps, something like it comes from the user and if necessary the user can draw from the world around it. No positive or negative. But perhaps give limits on how much of the energy he is capable of using. If he takes in too much he could be put in danger or go out of control. Something like that maybe. Spirit blast? change the spirit energy a bit and yeah. It's just an attack after all. Telekinesis? Nah... Sure you could use the energy to maybe wrap around an object, but that is not really telekinesis. They're two fairly different abilities with different limitations. Yes you can mimic it, but it wouldn't be your mind, it would be the energy. Necromancy? I'm going to say no. It is a powerful form of magic. Even if you yourself are powerful it would not use spirit energy. It would use magic energy. You'd have to have learned and studied it. If you want to have studied it, or be studying it then we can talk, but it would be separate from your other abilities as a whole. Death Empowerment? No. It has no real set limits. Like there is death occurring all around the world every minute, or something like that. This is A LOT of power. You know? Death Walking? Well... It's essentially teleporting. Under the circumstances that it cannot be used in a battle and only for travelling, then I can accept it no problem. Flight? Sure no problem.Sorry if I seem like an asshole with this one. But it's a bit more of a tricky character. You know?

so I can't have him be a servant of death? because he is not the grim reaper, he's his servant and not nearly as powerful. as for the powers can i at least keep the ability to summon spirits? because using spirits is a method of terrifying his enemies was part of how I envisioned his character. Iron is also a weakness and iron is in a lot of things, and silver is a very common piece of jewelry which a lot people carry.
