I decided to drop my space hero and make a new character

Description: Nikolai is six foot one in height and is fairly lean with a look of someone with great agility. He has bright red hair and green eyes, he also has a medium sized beard. His costume is a black Russian style wool winter jacket and an
Ushanka. His pants and footwear are average and nothing special.
Powers: his only powers are his telescopic vision and the ability to see perfectly in the dark.
Skills: excellent throwing skills and can throw a sawblade fast enough to out speed an enemy with guns and make them fly a very long distance. Very skilled in both armed and unarmed combat as well as a great climber. He is very quick on his feet and is great improvising. Finally he is incredibly smart at making spacial made sawblades for his arsenal of weapons.
Equipment: he has a large assortment of
sawblades that he throws in a manner similar to throwing stars and he has costume made several of them to do different things upon impact. One of them is an explosive that explodes upon contact with something after it's thrown. Another is charged with electricity and electrocutes his enemies when he cuts them with the sawblade. A third kind of sawblade that he created is made explode very sticky black goo all over his enemies head in case he had fight a super strong enemy.

Brief History: Nikolai was born to a poor Russian family and from an early age he always needed to be tough in order to survive. At the age of ten he discovered that he was fairly good at making and improvising different types of weapons, he especially loved the circular saw blade. Nikolai had also been practicing with sawblades to improve his throwing skills and it was then that he had dreams of becoming a mercenary. When he was about thirteen years old, Nikolai's powers had appeared and he found that his vision was perfect and even more superior to the eyesight of any normal human.
He was glad to have such powers because it made his accuracy much more better than before and he trained even harder than before. When he was eighteen and finally moved out of his family's home, Nikolai took his skills and powers and took on a life of mercenary work, working for anyone that would pay him enough money. At first he kept his special abilities a secret, but when 2010 hit and the world became aware of the metahuman race, Nikolai saw no real need to hide anymore and he took the alias Comrade Saw. He now has made himself a top class mercenary and a big threat to many who appose him. He may not have many powers but his genius intellect and his specially made sawblade make him a force to be reckoned with.
