I will be honest. I don't want multiple characters or anything but since I used an NPC to link up my character i felt I might as well just make a CS for them. I also am at work on a slow night and am gonna have a few free hours...

Appearance: 

Personality: Kumogachi is incredibly strait forward. He has a loud, deep and booming voice that makes him seem a bit more obnoxious than he actually is. His emotions are always known as he doesn't even put any effort in to hide them. He is also almost overly friendly. It is customary that most people keep a certain amount of distance from people they just meet and use the proper honorific as well. He usually just skips all of that and greets people as friends. He rarely uses honorifics for anyone aside from titles such as Hokage-sama or sensei. All of his students and fellows are greeted by first name basis if he knows it. This makes him seem rude at first but its just his way of trying to break the walls that separate people. 

Given his loud and usual demeanor some that don't know him well often get the idea he might be an idiot of some kind. This couldn't be further from the truth as those in his squad and those that have known in for a long time find him to be very wise. Strange and unique obviousness but wise none the less.  

History: 
I will keep it brief as he isn't a main character but just an NPC. He graduated in a normal way and growing up he wasn't ever really considered "talented". He was always far taller than those of the same age as him and he was always far more awkward and clumsy. He sucked at steal and even his now highly effective taijutsu has historically been very poor. 

He lost many comrades through different events in his life and he even gave up being a ninja for a few short months before becoming a Jounin. Of all of the 9 graduates from his class he is the lone survivor. He has all of their headbands back at his home on a glass display case and he looks at them every day to remember the lives that he carries on his shoulders. Over his time as a ninja he has known even greater loss than the average. His first wife died shortly after their marriage. He never had children of his own and since his wife's death he has been unable to get close enough to anyone else to merit a relationship of that degree. 

During today's time many people ask him why he chose to enter the Anbu corpse when he obviously had great abilities as a regular Jounin and focusing on the stealth would be a waste of his strength. The answer he always gives with a strait face is 
"The masks looked cool." And then he gives them a smile and that is the end of it. 

However his best friend growing up had a dream to enter the Anbu black ops. In fact it was not only his best friend's dream but his first love's dream as well. They were in his first team and it was after their deaths that he chose to enter the Anbu for them as neither had ever actually done so prior to falling in action. It is a pattern with his eight fallen brethren. He keeps their greatest dream written on a piece of paper that is hidden behind the metal in their headbands. Each one is a different dream he has to fulfill with his own life. A few of them have already been done. Here is the list. 

Naomichi Kajiyama- Become the leader of the Anbu
Kichi Nishiwaki- Be considered a hero by his comrades and save the lives that would have been lost. 
Kyuwa Fumihiko- Travel to each and every ninja village at some point. 
Yukari Shibanuma- Create a one of a kind personal ninjutsu and make it your signature technique. 
Mamoru Anzai- Become a first rate medic ninja and save lives even if you can't in combat. 
Youhachi Inoue- Become popular with the ladies! 
Oburozuki Ryuken- Become someone dependable that anyone can rely on. Not just in battle but in life. Emotionally, physically and mentally. A wise teacher, a comforting friend, an understanding onlooker. 
Mariko Niijima- Overcome your inner demons. Never be afraid to live again. Be free of fear and learn to lough and laugh through all of the pain.

Combat Information
Nature Type: Primary is Lighting. Secondary is Earth. Third is fire. 

Fighting Style: 
I won't go into each and every Jutsu that he knows except for the rare ones that he uses a lot. 

Having an immense amount of physical strength and generally large size he excels in hand to hand combat. His taijutsu is now first rate and he packs a hell of a punch. What is beyond that is he can charge lighting chakra into his fists or feet if need be to increase his damage. He also has mastered the ability of turning part of his body into stone at will. This effect only lasts a few seconds and cannot be done on his whole body. 

He has average ability with genjutsu but mostly used just to get through it or dispel it. 

His grand ability to fight actually comes with his weapon. He uses two large bladed whip chains that he summons from a tattoo on his forearms. Each link in the chain can be manipulated freely by him so not only does it have any range needed but now it has free range of motion that can attack, bind or throw an enemy. With his superior strength he easily overpowers those that are caught in his web of chains. 

He is also able to channel his chakra through the chains as well. With lighting he creates and incredibly powerful chidori style attack that envelops the free moving chain. With fire he is able to superheat the metal without them breaking and break through wind jutsu. Lastly he can use the earth to bind his chains in the ground and seal down an opponent if needed. 

Last bit of extra awesome of his Jutsu is he has an a variant of the "shadow shuriken jutsu" where he is able to create additional links in his whip chains. With this ability he can essentially extend his chain at any link (even into multiple directions or different chains from the same link to make a web for example) up to any length.

Personality: 
Saki is painfully aware of how small and young she looks. In fact she is often mistaken for as young as 13. Despite this she is twice that age at 26 and has shown no signs of getting taller in the last decade. Her mother was very similar and even though she is over 40 years old she looks to be in her early twenties. This irrates the living fuck out of Saki. She wishes she were taller and she wishes people would give her the due respect she deserves. However she stands at only about 150 cm tall and has the face of a child. 

Her personality is shaped by this appearance. She is quick to get angry about it and is highly self conscious. She feels the need to push her authority around those that are younger than her and she always is out to prove herself. Despite all of this she still tends to be a bit playful with pranks and snide comments about her fellows. As it were she has also developed a sort of sick and sadistic side. Her greatest joy in the world is being able to snipe an unsuspecting target from out of no where. Its not that she simply enjoys murder but rather its the sense of accomplishment and total victory over someone else. To her it is the epitome of her nindo.

History: 
Saki was born an only child to a family of ninja that don't really have a long or extensive history. She has always had a talent for being sneaky and stealthy. She has had no choice given her physical abilities. Both her father and mother are still alive and both have ever only made Chunin level ninja. Her mother is only about 45 but her father is 50. Despite that both are still active to this day as semi-retired ninja doing lower level missions just to keep their feet wet. 

Starting back when she first became a genin her squad was often given the crap jobs. She was considered to be talentless and her two cohorts were not any better. She managed to unleash her wind chakra, which is still rather are in the village, and she blew past her two fellows in terms of ability. From there she managed to pass the chunin exams at the age of 15 and then reached Jounin at the humble age of 22. She went through several different teams as she advanced in the ranks and was invited into the anbu at the age of 19. 

It was with her second master that she found her saving grace which was her long range combat with the blowgun. He instilled the confidence in her to allow her to keep moving forward despite not having a strong desire or goal to be a great ninja. Most of her life she had done it because her parents had done it and was more or less apathetic about surpassing them in strength. However when she saw the good she was able to do in the Anbu her attitude changed. The rush of getting a fresh kill off of a sniped shot while remaining hidden and safe from a counterattack is one of the most sadistically enjoyable things she has ever experienced.

Combat Information
Nature Type: Wind. No others. 

Fighting Style: 

As before I won't give a list of techniques unless NPC's gain more relevance in the story. 

She uses wind jutsu and her rapid movements to give herself an advantage in hand to hand combat. Her main weapon in battle is actually a shorter than average ninjato with an amazing wind enhanced blade edge. Her swordplay isn't anything fancy but it is fully capable of slashing down enemies quickly. 

Her claim to fame is her Fukiya Jutsu (blowgun). She as a meter long Fukiya with a tiny scope on the end of it. She can summon the weapon at will from a summoning tattoo in her palms. She has a sealing tattoo on her tongue as well. This allows her a pseudo-rapid reload technique where she can keep her Fikiya at the ready and can reload instantly from her tongue. 

The attack itself has the longest range of any jutsu used by anyone else in the squad. In fact it is one of the longest range jutsu in the whole of the Anbu. She currently is the only one to have a pure sniper style jutsu that is capable of ending missions from the saftey of nearly a kilometer away. The wind jutsu she uses is a mixture of a spiral wind jutsu and a blast wind jutsu at the same time which causes the needle to be fired with a spiral at ultra high speeds. Its so fast that a normal person wouldn't even be able to see it and its comparable to a bullet. She is accurate within half a kilometer but the actual range is nearly double that. Lastly the needle itself is infused with wind jutsu all focused in a tiny spiral at the tip which allows it to drill through an inch of steel and still hit its target. It normally passed strait through the target leaving both an entrance and exit wound.

ANBU Mask: Her mask is a normal mask but it just has what looks like splashes of red across it. It looks like white mask stained by fresh blood but the design was intentional that way. 

Appearance: 

Personality: 
Ryuketsu is a tom boy through and through. She grew up with seven elder brothers and she had to fight for every grain of rice and for every moment of peace in her childhood. She is often considered beautiful and she doesn't dislike this but she would rather be feared than respected. She doesn't use a cute voice but rather a deeper raspy voice that commands respect and incites fear. She is quick to action and is rather hotheaded in personal interactions. 

Despite her rough exterior she has a warm and soft center. She goes out of her way to defend her comrades and friends and would walk 10k miles to be by your side in a moment of need. To her there is nothing before family and all of her friends are her family. She will not hesitate to break the jaw of the first person to insult her family. She has gotten into a lot of trouble this way but it has made her strong as a person. 

She has a foul mouth and let out profanities as easily as she breaths. I don't think there is a single thing "ladylike" about her aside her pretty face.

History: 
Growing up the youngest out of eight with seven older brothers makes life tough for a little girl. She learned quickly you have to use all your weapons. She was feisty even as a toddler as she learned to bite rather early. She still bites to this day if she has too. Even with everything that she had to deal with at home with her gang of older brothers if anyone was ever mean to her at school or anything similar her brothers were on them like a yakuza gang. 

A single incident that comes to mind most vividly was when she was about 7 years old. She had wrote a little love letter to a boy she liked but the boy showed it to the rest of the kids and ripped it up in front of her at the playground. The boy was two years older than her and in all honestly probably shredded it to cover up his own embarrassment. It didn't matter though. She ran home in tears and in half the time it took her to get home five of her seven older brothers had arrived on the scene. The two eldest sat it out as they were at least 12 years old and graduated ninja. The five younger ones that were still in the academy however beat the snot out of all the boys on the playground. why all of them? They rushed out in such a vehement rage for what had happened to the little sister that they never stopped to listen to which one it was exactly. But being a family of problem solvers they simply beat up all of them to make sure. The rest was just a preemptive warning to the rest of the little bastards. 

Much of her childhood was like this and a lot of it was also getting her older brother's hand-me-downs. Over time she began to take pride in this and grew stronger because of it. 

Skipping a few years ahead it wasn't until she met the captain Kumogachi that she decided to move into the Anbu. She had been a jounin since the age of 18 but didn't join the Anbu till the age of 21. She has been with Captain Kumogachi the longest and the only one out of his squad that had ever known him prior to him joining the Anbu. 

Over time three of her brothers had died in combat. Four of them still live and she has a plethura of little nieces and nephews numbering no less than 15 ranging between the ages of less than a month old to twelve years old.

Combat Information
Nature Type: Earth, fire

Fighting Style:
Same story as the ones previous. 

She is a highly taijutsu based combatant. She uses her fire and earth elements to supplement her bare knuckle style approach to fighting. She has next to no long or mid range distant ninjutsu and so focuses almost entirely on close combat. Her strength is unreal and second only to the captain's in this squad. She isn't anything like how Tsunade was but perhaps close to Sakura but with higher speed. She has mastered the ability to release a blast of chakra at moment of impact with her fists to drastically increase the damage output. 

She also prides herself in her great grappling abilities. It is here she is able to use her incredible strength and flexibility to literally rip enemies limb from limb. She has learned to twist joints and hold people in locks. This is a skill she developed from wrestling with her brothers all her life. 

Despite her simplistic approach to combat she is quite impressive and incredibly useful.

Equipment: Just basic tools. She doesn't use much.

Personality:
He is usually rather quiet. His mind is a trap that no one can seem to unspring. He mostly lies but they are innocent lies... or so we think. He never lets onto what it is that he is truly thinking. He has been under investigation on several different occasions but always acquitted. His smile is like death and his voice sounds like a nightmare. 

Creepy. Creepy creepy creepy. That is what he is to most people. However he isn't this way to everyone. In fact Kumogachi fricking adores him. He finds his attempts to be deceptive borderline cute. He pushes people away usually as a defense mechanism because in all actuality he doesn't have a lot of self confidence. He is constantly surprised if he is able to do something right and he is best at what he does because, in his words, "fear is what I know best." 

He is not a strong combatant so he must make up for his shortcomings in differnet ways. However he is always aware of his shortcomings. He worries a lot and puts a lot of stress on himself.

History: 
Akumu comes from a less than spectacular family and can be considered probably the best to have come out of his family in generations. He is an only child that was born to two parents, only one of which was a ninja (his father, and the other was a painter by trade (his mother). His early life was spent trying to decide if he would take the path of the ninja or if he would take the path of an artisan of some kind. He didn't really feel that he has the fortitude to be a ninja as he wasn't as fast or as skilled as the other children when they played "shinobi" with paper throwing stars and games such as "chance the devil". But with a bit of prompting from his father he had a "what do you have to loose" sort of attitude about the whole thing. 

During his first years of school he found that he was rather dreadful. He faced a fair amount of bullying during his time but he didn't give up. Rather it made him an introvert who wasn't fully capable of seeing his own strength as other seen it. His image of himself had forever been damaged by the cruel things that was said to him at school. 

Though in the long run it didn't actually hamper his sucess as he graduated in the middle of his class at the age of 12 to become a genin. He didn't gain the title of chunin however till the age of 18. His lackluster physical skills in both ninjutsu and in taijutsu constantly were at his hindrance. However his genjutsu prevailed to great heights. Even during his years as a simple student his genjutsu was rather powerful and difficult to break. It was not taught to him until much later in life on how to use his genjutsu and moreover how to unlock the secrents of genjutsu. 

A master of his who trained him the year prior to becoming a Chunin taught him that the essence of genjutsu is literally mind control. You get inside someone's head and you mess around with it. Akumu who had gotten good at getting into the minds of people and finding their fears managed to excel in a new skill. It was the skill of interrogation. He joined the Anbu specifically to be on the interrogation squad and he quickly made a name for himself. His skills were horrifying and baffling at the same time. He was the first to be able to do what he does in recorded history of the village. (will reveal down below) 

While his actual combat skills were still rather low he gained Jounin rank with respect to his other skills. Though he was recently told that he needed to get out and experience the real combat more before he could advance as a person in the Anbu. So this has let him to being assigned to the Kumogachi squad. This first mission was just shortly after the first month of joining the squad. It was his first assasination mission and he has yet to kill very many people.

Combat Information
Nature Type: Water, Earth, Lighting 
Fighting Style: 
He is nearly a pure genjutsu user. He can cast genjutsu with visual, auditory and olfactory receptors. If he can ever get in physical contact with a person his genjutsu becomes nearly unbreakable. 

In actual combat he works best with someone else. He either casts quick but weak genjutsu on people to give his comrades an advantage or he has the comrades set up him to be able to make physical contact to set in his most powerful mind controling genjutsu. 

The powerful mind controling genjutsu actually is a two phase jutsu that first puts the victim into a state of near sleep or hypnosis. From there he can alter their brain activity to either force them into a dreamlike state where he can probe around in their subconscious or he can do his most fearsome skill, implanting memories that feel just as vivid as real memories. With that skill no victim can even tell what is real and what isn't. For some it causes insanity. For others it makes them perfect puppets to force them to do his bidding. What is worse is that these implanted memories don't seem to go away once normal genjutsu are broken. In fact even for skilled genjutsu users separating what is false memories and what are real is nearly impossible. 

The downside to the false memory jutsu is that it takes time. It takes a lot of time. For him to totally brainwash someone it would take upwards of three days for a resistant individual.

Equipment: A simple pendulum that assists him in genjutsu.
