Evan had decided to stay out of the Section A antics, not wanting to get on anyone's bad side on the first day of school. However, he did hide a snicker behind his hand when Sonya rigged Jeremy's chair. At least this class would be entertaining. He watched as more students entered the classroom, trying to catch their names as introductions were made around the room. It wasn't too long after that until the teacher entered. Evan thought he seemed pretty laid back, which he was glad for. The last thing he wanted was another strict homeroom teacher. At the last school he attended, he'd been put in detention a few times just for talking to his friends instead of sitting silently like they were instructed to.
He hadn't really been listening while the teacher talked, but it definitely caught his attention when Sonya threw her lollipop at him. He shook his head, a small amused grin on his face. He definitely hadn't pinned her as the type to make trouble. Upon receiving the form, Evan grudgingly remembered he had come completely unprepared. Tyler had tried to get him to at least bring a pencil, but his stubborn ass had insisted they wouldn't need it on the first day of school. "Shit," he muttered under his breath. He sighed and turned to the person sitting beside him. "Can I borrow your pencil?"
Tyler had been staring out the window while the class waited for the teacher to arrive, zoning out as everyone around him chatted. He wasn't nearly as nervous as he had been an hour earlier, though he was still anxious about some things, particularly his dormmate. As if having to live with a complete stranger wasn't bad enough, there was the possibility his dormmate would end up being someone creepy or obnoxious. And with his luck, they would probably be both. A small sigh escaped his lips as he thought, though the scenery outside the window was calming. He couldn't wait to get out there with his camera, which was probably waiting for him in his dorm room by now. Luckily, the teacher entered the room before his thoughts could circle back to worrying about his dormmate.
She seemed pretty nice. Tyler listened as she introduced herself and told them about the forms. He found it amusing that someone had managed to loose them. The school had seemed to be extremely organized, almost perfectly so. He took his pencil from the pocket of his uniform, the tiniest of grins passing over his face as he recalled Evan refusing to bring one with him. He would definitely have to say "I told you so" later. He quickly filled out the form, his handwriting small and slightly slanted, though still clearly legible.
Name: Tyler Lance
Age: 17
Section: B
Clubs: Photography, Performing Arts
When he finished, Tyler quickly glanced around the room to see if anyone else was getting up to turn in their forms yet. He didn't want to be the first and risk drawing any attention to himself. Instead he lightly tapped his the eraser of his pencil against his desk, not hard enough to make a sound though. He waited until a group of students approached the teacher's desk with their forms and went up then, carefully dropping it in the stack on her desk before sitting back down and staring at his desk.
