When the Red Slime makes its decision to start falling, its fate has already been sealed. Given the forces of gravity, the gelatinous monster could only fall at a set rate. Because of this, in the moments directly after leaving the safety of the ceiling, it was left completely vulnerable to being picked off by Senna.

Her movements contained no waste. In a series of simple, precise actions, ingrained into her body's memory, she draws and looses an arrow accurately at the center point of the Slime's body, leading the target to take into account its speed and momentum. Knowing in her heart that the arrow would hit, she immediately pulls another from its quiver and takes aim at the other slime.

With her blessed speed, and with the skill of several years of careful training, by the time her first lethal shot finished piercing its target it was likely she would have already loosed the next one, this time at the slime's poisonous partner on the ceiling. Either way, she doubted the seemingly helpless creature would be able to react or dodge in time, especially seeing as it didn't seem to possess much in the way of intellect.

At this point, she was starting to push the limits of her superhuman capabilities. She knew from experience the awesome power the Goddess's blessing conveyed, but she had yet to fully test that power's limitations. This would be a good time, against opponents who she clearly outclassed in terms of ability. Better to understand these limits now, when she was in no real danger, than to be caught unawares later on.

It also earned her a free meal. Which is always a plus. At this thought, Senna smiles to herself internally, considering the words of her adoptive father. Something about free meals tasting better.
"...Bye", Senna mutters quietly as Cern disappears. Despite that she hadn't gotten a chance to say a proper goodbye, the girl was satisfied with the information she had gathered, and left the area feeling much smarter. She thinks over what she had experienced, and figures she could do without the towels for now.

Recalling the healing flasks she had discovered, Senna wonders for a while if there was any more cool loot to be found if she went on ahead of the others. Their enemies seemed to mostly consist of slimes, with only a few of those Goblin creatures on the first floor. With that in mind, Senna makes a decision, and heads back into the depths of the Labyrinth. She treads lightly, but quickly, making her way past the already-explored floors and keeping her senses alert for any possible unseen threats.

When she reaches the top of the third floor stairs, she stops, listening for a moment before creeping along the stairs.

...Hmm? It seems somebody had the same idea as her, as she could hear the sounds of a scuffle and see the back of one of the adventurers from earlier. Alexander, I think he was called? He was in a fight with a couple of Slimes. He and his foes probably hadn't noticed her yet... so, making a quick decision to conceal herself, Senna watches the fight start to unfold with her bow ready.

Alexander seemed strong, he could probably handle the two slimes himself. One was an odd colour, it probably had another special ability, like the poison slimes. She checks the ceiling quickly, looking out for any-

Oh.

There were slimes.

On the ceiling.

Without delay, Senna shouts out a warning to her fellow adventurer, preparing an arrow to be launched if one of the secret slimes made its move.

"Watch out above! Slimes on the ceiling."
Wow, guys. This roleplay has been up for a month. How does that even happen.
Senna frowns a little upon hearing of Loki's moping, her concern shining through the slight blush on her cheeks from Cern's sexual harassment. "Loki... you mean that cheerful girl? I have a hard time imagining her being depressed, is she alright? If she's feeling lonely, we could hang out... or something."

The tiny ranger crosses her arms in thought for a moment, before remembering her initial purpose. "Right, could I get my status updated? That should increase my abilities, right? Oh, and if I've gotten any finder's fees, I'd love to collect those right now. And while we're at it, can I publish information on these potions? Thanks."

After getting her business completed, Senna takes some time to mull over her thoughts, before continuing on a more serious previous track. "I mean to head back into the Labyrinth until the end of the day, I'd guess. I've been meaning to ask, is it safe to rest in there? I noticed there were plenty of monsters, and not a lot of cover... would I be better off leaving the Labyrinth when I need to sleep? Wait... now that I think of it, do Monsters ever go to sleep?"

This was an important question. If Monsters could be caught sleeping, getting through the Labyrinth would be a lot easier and with a lot lower risk. Finally, as more of an afterthought, Senna adds "Thanks for the bow, by the way. I was a little worried about breaking mine, and it saved my life back there with the Goblin. Is there anywhere in town where I can buy arrows?"
Senna blinks silently through most of Thoth's explanation, but upon hearing "heals wounds", she smiles and nods sagely.

"I understand."

When a whole lot of others come in and start talking about all sorts of things, like soul attacks, and paralysis, Senna decides it would be the best time to slip out. So, nodding and smiling at Thoth and the others, she heads out the door and goes to search for Cernunnos. The flasks are replaced into her bag, and she treads lightly into the district that was home to the two trickier Goddesses.

Once there, she waits around a little to see if Cern would show herself. Because looking for her was hard.
Senna glances curiously at the cauldron, watching events unfold in silence until addressed, a ghost of a smile present on her lips. It feels like she had just walked into an embarrassing situation or something, so she shows some restraint and stops herself from openly laughing at the poor girl. She seemed rather shy.

"I'll get right to business then, I'm sorry for interrupting your... work." Senna smiles lightly, reaching back and pulling out the two flasks she had found on the first floor. "I found these in the Labyrinth," she explains. "Since I hear you're some sort of potion Goddess, I thought there might be a chance you would be able to identify them for me, or something. Is that possible?"

Hopefully, the girl would respond well to her simple, friendly mannerisms. She was a Goddess, so Senna expected she was at least a little tougher than she was letting on. And, if not, the reassuring expression now on Senna's face might offer her some comfort.

It should probably be said at this point that Senna was not used to dealing with nerds. There were no academic types in the village she was from, and her father had never really been booky, either. Cernunnos was... probably as far from a nerd as you could get, from what Senna knew. So this could be called the girl's first-ever encounter with this character archetype.

Surely this couldn't mean she might make an embarrassing mistake.

That would be silly.
Noting that for the most part, the party seemed to be in agreement about heading back to town, Senna decides to preempt them and begin her ascent herself. She nods at Alexander, treading lightly towards the stairways heading up and calling back to him in an accompanying cheerful chirp. "I'll head up ahead of you, then. See you."

Senna would attempt to make her way out of the Labyrinth with a quick, but not hurried pace. Examining anything she found on the way, she would hopefully soon make it to the surface, where she would attempt to find Cernunnos and report her findings.

She also briefly considered visiting the Goddess, Thoth, in order to get her to examine her potions. After deliberating for a second, Senna decides that the latter option was more pressing, and quickly makes her way to Thoth's lab, or whatever.

If she arrived with no problems, she would knock politely on the door to Thoth's place, before ushering herself in with a peek of the head.

"Hello?", she called out into the strange place. "I'm here to see Thoth..?"
Senna smiles briefly at her direct hit, knowing that her father would have been made proud by it, but quickly gathers herself and trains her elf little girl eyes on the room's perimeter. She searches the walls, and then the ceiling, attempting to catch a glimpse of anything out of place. If she saw something, like perhaps a trap or something similar, she would point it out to the others while keeping her distance.

At the same time, she has already circled around the entirety of the central slime mass, and was now the closest to the other side of the room out of the party. She takes this time to take a closer look at the stairs to the next floor, and perhaps try to glean some sort of information from them through the usage of her sharp ears and nose. Regardless, she checks the area once again for obvious traps, before calling back to the others.

"The way looks clear," she yells just loudly enough to hear from the other side of the room. She turns and jogs lightly back to the party, taking note of the flasks and coatings of slime on them and their surroundings, avoiding the slime where possible. She wasn't sure what kind of poison these creatures were composed of, but she assumed she probably couldn't cure it easily. Not without some Antidote Grass™.

"I don't need one," the ranger declares, eyeing the flasks in Vincent's hands. Unknown to them, she already had two of the same item, so she didn't really need to have another one just yet. Especially since they didn't even know what they did. "You should be careful with those, though. If the flasks were covered in the poison slime, it's possible that some of the poison somehow got into the contents. We should have an expert examine them before we attempt to drink them, I think."

Then, eyeing the slime everywhere, Senna adds something in a tone that was both lighthearted and deathly serious.

"You know, maybe we should head back up and buy some towels."
Needless to say, there wasn't much at first for Senna to do. Following closely behind Alexander, she stayed back as he went forward to challenge the gelatinous mass, and circled the entity from a distance as the rest of the party went about implementing their battle strategy. She couldn't tell at this phase whether it was failing or succeeding, but whatever was going on, it seemed a little intense.

Her eyes were always on the Mass. Whatever it did, she would notice, and be able to react far before she could be threatened lethally. She hoped, at least. These labyrinth monsters seemed quite strong, for how weak they may have been compared to Blessed Humans. She was certain that, had she faced a Goblin prior to receiving her blessing, she would have certainly been killed.

Eyeing the suddenly departing slimes from a distance, she raises her bow and, seeing Alexander move to strike down one of them, whistles in the direction of Vincent before loosing an arrow in his direction. She was quick on the target, and had aimed for the three-quarter point of the slime's mid-air trajectory in order to hit it just before it landed. Naturally, she accounted for her improved strength and what she had judged of her bow's draw strength. Hopefully, given her warning and the fact that he was aware of her existence, Vincent would infer that he was to not get hit by the arrow flying towards him.

While her concentration was momentarily centered on the act of firing the arrow, Senna would quickly return to a state of alertness, preparing to protect herself from any attacks aimed at her while she was vulnerable. At the same time, she continues circling the slime mass at the centre of the room, attempting to get around it and examine what could be found on the opposite end of the room. If not possible, she would simply keep her distance, bow raised and ready to provide support to her allies.
"Sure, let's go." Senna's response is simple, and her expression unreadable. With another brief nod in the direction of the newcomers, Senna follows closely behind Alexander, heading deeper into the Labyrinth. She knew that, judging by their greeting upon entering the first floor, that they would likely be jumped the moment they entered the second. For this reason, she kept her bow ready at all times, and was prepared to take a step back if necessary.

Her senses were strained, trying to get a read on what they were walking into. If she could figure anything out about their environment beforehand, she would take note of it. If not, she would ready herself for anything. Given the enemies of sentient fluid and strange, green men they had faced so far, anything would be possible in these depths.

Meanwhile, she was beginning to hope that the environments would be a bit more varied than the one they had just cleared. She could only be so useful without cover, after all.
