Im not sure if you quite understood what I meant by 'picking your max rank minors specilisation. Instructor warrior assassain are listed there in greater detail, along with their requirements. For instance an instructor needs a ship of their own built using the capital ship rules, something about the size of a corellian corvette. A warrior needs an army consisting of at least 2 companies assigned to them and an assassain needs an 'oldship' kinda like maul or starkillers ships for example. All of these (well the one you pick anyway) need to be bought using your starting funds be they sp or ap. As I zaid kad not including them is something of an oversight so far only we three gms have completed full sheets using the updated rules and we already know all this stuff.Note: Despite the fact that ill be working upwards of 12 hours a day for the next three days I have my tablet and the files I need to roll minors with me so once we clear this bit up I can make the rolls during my next break.


Can I not use Invictus for that purpose? I have enough points left over to add the training room (as I've done) but not enough to create a whole new ship, if that's acceptable, seems rather easier than creating a whole new ship.

You haven't seen the have you?Oversight on Kads part in setting up the first post I suppose, outlines the difference between darths/knights/colonels and apprentices/padawans/lieutenants, also provides details on what we mean by max rank, its kinda important as you need your starting funds to 'set them up' as it were.That document also details the process of leveling up during play, your characters aren't all static after all. And if you poke around the rest of the document you'll see other mechanics, mostly the financial ones that we keep track of.


I'm not quite sure what I need to do in regards to those rules, I understand how it works once the game starts, but I'm not getting what I need to do now, sorry.

Hmm, previously she would have been a warrior, but post being rebuilt, and also wanting to provide herself further support in the faction's ranks, I'll go with Instructor.

EDIT: Side note, changed her species from human to Chiss, as I forgot to have a Chiss minor character, and I was intending on having a relatively high number of them among the ranks of my forces. Not that such a change really changes traits much, both being humanoid species, just thought I'd mention it.
I think my calculations are now all fixed, just going to write up the biographies for my minor characters.
Alrighty, working through these issues. Changed the Laati Gunships to a new template (Princeps Gunships) just for ease of my own calculations, and replaced the Taris Raiders medical bay with tank capacity, as well as giving Legion a landing system. Also, changed the image for Invictus, sorry about that.

With the fact that small ships come in sets of 4, does that mean they take up 4 slots in a hanger, or that 4 ships equals 1/8 in regards to this;

another thing i suggest is adding names, pics/descriptions and histories for your minor characters (blanket term for apprentices darths lieutenants etc.) it'll have an effect on what traits they end up with basically gives you some control rather than being totally random.


Sure, wasn't sure what order it was best to do that in, I'll get to work on that.
