Vampiric Masters

I was just needing to make sure about two rules. One says at lease two paragraphs per post, and the next one says one paragraph says one paragraph per character. Does the first one applies if you have two characters?

Family: His parents passed away when they were younger Raphael(twin sister) but he doesn't know what happened to her.
Personality:
-Before Captivity: He was easy going to the point that he appares to be lazy, since he usually takes his time hunting, and other stuff like that. When he's around his twin, he is caring and protective of her.
-After Captivity: Azuriel became angry at the vampires for taking him away from his sister. Because of this, he got a short temper, and he started to ignore anybody that tries to talk to him.
Background (Before captivity):
Azuriel had to learn how to live off the land when his parents both died of a unknown disease, leaving him to take care of his twin sister, Raphael. They were used to living in forest, since it would be harder for vampires to find them though they both knew they could just find them by scent alone. One day when Azuriel was out hunting for food, vampires found and surrounded him. After a fight that only lasted but for a few seconds, he was overwhelmed and was knocked out, so he won't cause them any more troubles.

I'm thinking of making a human anyways, and I'm going to keep the owner part empty, since I don't know who to put in there.

"I don't know about you, but I am not going back. So do we know who was followed?" Sai'tioula asked when she finally walked out of the cave to see a dead hunter on the ground. She haven't really talked to any of them, since her mouth tends to get her into trouble a lot.

Sai'tioula crouched down when she heard the gunshot, and looked around to see where it came from. "It's like the day I was captured. There's no way that is going to happen again." She growled while she slowly moved closer to the entrance, but not close enough to where she would get shot at. "I swear nobody followed me."

Sai'tioula stopped when she noticed that one of them drew a sword. She raised her hands to show that she didn't have any weapons. "The last time I checked, I wasn't here to hurt anyone. If I was, would I still be hiding or not?" She growled when she was still irritated about what she was thinking of.

The Protectors

With all the vampires that decided to try their luck and sneek into the town, it was only a matter of time before inexperince protectors accuse the vampires that stays in the forest for the attacks. Azuriel sighed when he couldn't consintrate for very long, considering that he won't feed on anything or anybody when he really needs to. That young vampire just had to make his hunger rear its ugly head, but then again anything can do that nowadays. "I want to see what that vampire are doing inside of town, but the protectors probably didn't forget what I did when the town was only five years old." He muttered as he stood up and paced around after he clearly heard, from his own hearing, a vampire talking loudly.

'Someone here already? Might as well see who they are.' Sai'tioula thought when she heard people talking near the entrance. As she was waiting for others to come she decided to explore the cave some, needing to make sure that she didn't become bored with the waiting. Tracing her scar as she walked back, she absently kicked at some lose rocks while she was lost in her thoughts, which made her brood some.

Rain fell as Sai'tioula walked through some to get to a place that she was told to meet some others. She was taking a risk walking to a isolated place, though knowing her luck, there's always someone following her. Looking up from staring at the ground, she noticed that there was an entrance behind some trees and bushes. "Hello? Is anyone there, or something...?" Stepping into the cave she looked around to see if anyone arrived before her.
