When It come to role-playing I like well constructed and interesting worlds. Magic, advanced tech, strange world? I'm in, or may at least lurk. My main enjoyment in role-playing is in the story and the characters, and often take the story five or six different ways in my head then what actually happens, often with a romance plot in mind. Action is secondary, or even tertiary. However I myself am (relatively) new to forum Role-playing and most of my experience comes from playing and GMing a table top RPG.
I am also pretty good at designing role play setting and such so if you would like help creating your RP I would be more then happy to assist.
@Letter Bee Traditionalist using advanced technology... May I suggest something more along the lines of 'Believes that Magical girls and Guardians should work more like a Unified Force working together to protect the people instead of competing with each other for wealth and fame.'? Traditionalist traditionally believe in the old ways, methods, and traditions and would neither attempt to get rich due to anything modern (nor would they be likely to sell of family artefacts) nor would traditionalist use top of the line Technology. A traditionally trained and taught Guardian would likely use old style weapons and not go to a school like the one in the RP. Instead being matched with a similarly trained Magical Girl. I suspect that there are a few families like this in this world but that we won't see them any time soon.
Btw, getting to work on that design. Will use Real world stats to be converted to game stats at a later point, once they are known. I will point out that the armor will be costly to repair and maintain (Your character should probably set aside about $2,000 (or more) each month for maintenance alone) and take time. Estimated cost of each suit (you will need multiple to stay battle ready) could be in the millions, and minor repair work (just the plating) could cost thousands. System damage would be even more costly to fix. Tech is expensive (just look at basic car repairs, and those will be cheep and easy in comparison). Any problems with these basics? @Mae?
Maybe Halo Sized but have the specs dropped? Strict carry weight, strength, speed, agility, and other capabilities? Air tight and limited Air supplies are obvious.
I could work to Design something that could work without being overpowered...@Mae?@Letter Bee?
I would guess that it depends on what you call power armor. Are you talking Fallout type Power Armor, which we aren't to far away from, needing only an effective power supply (magic maybe?) and lots of money. Not cost effective with current tech, but a few years and Magic could make it so; or something closer to the Mjolnir Power Armor (Master Chief's) from Halo?
I would like to point out that @Kyrisse would have to use 2 4's for their turn, or two turns as there was previously no relationship there... and counting the dice this leaves a 4 open.
As for my turn... I'm going to take a 6 in needs with @Mae, meaning we are both trying to get Rich.

If you want help with anything your working on I could help, without making myself overpowered of course. Obviously any secrets that I 'discover' would stay secret. Not that your hiding anything at all, with the fame system being the most important part of the RP... Right?
@Mae That's what I was thinking. The people that actually believe that the monsters are dangerous or that the dangerous ones will comeback support him, while others dislike him either because they think he is crazy or they fear he is right. This reputation could also be used by some of the girls for scandals and the like (to increase their own popularity of course) which he allows because it allows him to stay on the front lines that much easier, although his dedicated fan base is just enough to keep his position as a guardian at the school, if barely.
Btw, Ranger type bow + duel wielding swords Guardian. A try hard who believes that truly dangerous monsters could appear at any time and spends his spare time preparing for it. As a side affect most of the other Guardians are more popular than him, excepting the people who think they are actually in danger. Would something like this be okay?
