Realm
I was quiet as I listened to this little girl ramble on, evidently having something big planned. Evidently, the explanations given to me were rather mind boggling. I understood this was some sort of dream world, but I never would have imagined it to be as elaborate as this. I felt it improper to ask any questions, given that a rather eccentric fellow was asking many of them already.
I noticed that the girl who had us all here was named Lin, working with her partner, Hez. I was perplexed to how they managed to maintain such a large museum complex, but I assumed it was the norm for this area. She went on rambling about something about some zones and how they were connected to our real world bodies or something like that, but I payed little attention, instead focusing on observing my surroundings and the people, or, I should say, 'Oneiros' near me.
Just then, some crazy chick with a knife came in and tried to kill that question asking dude, who narrowly managed to not get sliced in half using a mixture of luck and some weir voodoo powers, similar to the ones I had observed I could perform, although these made sparks fly, literally. Although he then, rather nonchalantly, offered tea to the group, which perplexed me, seeing as how he almost got diced by that knife.
As we ascended the spiral walkway, the group I was in soon found ourselves staring, dumbfounded, at what was apparently some sort of corrupted zone chimera made up of three separate bad emotions. The colors were pretty and mesmerizing, but I soon saw that girl who denied to talk, Hez, found something quite intriguing within the zones. I followed her, as obviously she had some idea to what she was doing, but I then heard Lin mention that she wouldn't be able to defend herself against monsters. No fears, girls! I have my super cool mind abilities that I have yet to master! I thought to myself, jokingly.
I noticed the man who had almost died now sipping the tea he had within his thermos. As I looked, I wondered what might he be. He seemed to have an obsession with tea, so I immediately thought he might be Turkish, although the use of the word 'bloody' before might mean otherwise. Irish, maybe, they drink lots of tea! His personality sure fit, but I would have to ask him about such things later.
I had an adventure to go on.
