I would think as much. I'm not the one he knows. Much like Levy, it is Prism he would know.

<Snipped quote by Path>

Not to me... to Prism @Memory... or er... the Not-Prism, as you creatively classed him as.

Why is that?
<Snipped quote by Memory>

Yup...

<Snipped quote by Zeal>

*Blinks baffled* Well that certainly makes things easier... by like... A LOT!

Hm?

<Snipped quote by Memory>

No kidding... talking again about how there is no higher power ruling over no man's omniverse again?

Are you, by any chance, in contact with him? @Zeal

I could contact him, but he has never mentioned you.
*cleans my mug and puts it up and takes an olive from a jar and eats it*
If my son with left with Meredy then most likely they are out doing some combat mission and he is acting bodyguard. She is his most loyal and regular customer.
*laughs*
Sometimes I wonder if she has feelings for him.
<Snipped quote by Memory>

The ones we came here for in the first place, Rhoan and Meredy.

Miss... how should i call you @Zeal? If we leave a note with you that we were looking for a medic and a samurai with these names with you... do you think if they ever pop back here, you may be able to tell them an old friend of theirs was looking for them?

Ah, that "samurai" is my son.
<Snipped quote by Zeal>

Good to know then! I love the idea you're going for with this tavern. It definitely is an inspiration for what i should aspire for eventually. *Smiles as i drink*

I guess i'll take the 3,000 credits you were offering then. Something is better than nothing for these borderlands type of places i presume.

At the moment, the only thing on my mind is still processing all of this. When i said i lost my world, i mean that literally. people, family, friends... the lot... I'm still currently processing the whole spiel. But good to know there is a place for people here.

*takes the gold bars and hands you three small silver-ish bars that have circuit etching with runes and feel oddly light*
Borderlands? hardly. It's just vast. You take your time with all of this, I don't recommend starting anything until your head is on straight. and take solace that there are many who share your loss in their own lives.
*smiles warmly*
You're not alone.
<Snipped quote by Zeal>

My civilization, the Terran dominion, would value one of these at 8,550 TD (Terran Dominion) Credits. But considering this is an entirely new world, i don't even know the true value of a credit here... 3000 seems like a lot! What would that do for me in traveller market?

It is good, but not really. Gold isn't a hot commodity as you think, especially in the realm of omniversal connections. Unless it has some sort of properties, you'd be better of trading it for another resource.
*finishes my drink*
I guess I should explain that there really isn't a "traveller" anything. This is a place for those of tier four to find something to do, rest, and eat. A nice pitstop of sorts. The Tavern personal project of mine that I've been working on for a long time. Also, I wouldn't say there is much of a "traveller system" as more of there are just people moving about and adjusting to the tier four life.
*thinks as I scratch my head with my eyes closed*
Ram mentions that you can utilize the credits for other universes that has knowledge of tier fours or use it to buy stuff here.
*points to the board*
You can find some of those places with the board, just grab a stub and leave the Tavern and it'll send you there. You can always return here from any door you find.
<Snipped quote by Zeal>

Interesting. *Pulls out 3 seemingly greek or romanic gold pocket bars almost like rectangle large coins*

What would they fetch here if i may ask?

What is your currency? Or if you wish to trade for supplies, I can do that as well. But considering it is just gold…
*picks one up and it floats above my hand*
In the Tavern’s generalized currency it is about 3,000 credits.
<Snipped quote by Zeal>

Hmm... *Drinks more Hemp Whisky* I can see that... i truly can! Feels a lot like the prime directive law the Terran dominion used to go by back at my home. Only instead of not interfering with civilization's natural evolution, this seems to be expanded to whole realities.

Still, what about the unintentional changes? Some actions can change a world even if not explicitly wanting to...

Also, i got the info that the currency that the travellers go by is a rather unique coin... i'm more grounded in traditional... let's call them 'mortal currencies' like gold, silver, copper, gems... etc...

I utilize all currencies. Gio’s homeworld utilizes coins.
<Snipped quote by Zeal>

Hmph... sounds like somebody i met back at my place... self righteous time worshiper zealot... *mumbles to myself*

Anyway... My first intent is to make allies, build relations and help wherever i can. If that, however, offends other insane powers, well all i can do is defend myself, now can i?

You can do that, this place offers a variety of ways to do just that! The board isn't just for quests, but also postings for jobs and even possibly ways to meet other powerful beings. What I mean by changing other worlds is literally just that. Forcing your ability to make other universes stronger or better by adding yourself to the equation is the problem. Nine point nine nine nine times out of ten, outsiders don't fit into that universe's equation when the outsider wants to make changes. I've seen people move to other universes and live there, but giving the regular folks the knowing that they are not alone is what causes shake ups.
<Snipped quote by Zeal>

Don't worry. The most i do if i drink too much, i fumble, hick and burp a lot... but i can always use my powers to eliminate the effect if it is trully needed. Getting lost in that, however... as shameful as it may be... just makes me... strangely enough... love everyone. *Coughs cringey falsely*

Levy is odd, Ma'am... let me tell you first hand. She argued about how an incident caused by a malevolent eldritch being, could be merely a misunderstood action, and may have a justification for it. It spooked me so to be honest!

Levy has humanity in her intention to aid, but when you get to her level of power, you see that changing course of how Existence works even with it's own being who cause destruction and what you do is not really doing much good and can cause more damage instead. Her husband is another powerful being whom I suggest not to make enemies with. Offensive power and combat is what he is. A weapon of absolute destruction from what I see. But what he does aids in stabilizing by eliminating entities and people who try to change worlds other than their own.
