RULES FOR SCOUTING:
- Scouts work ALONE (to reduce noise and movement that would lead to detection).
- Roll 1d6 + Scouting Skill and Fighting Skill.
- Results:
- 1, 2, or 3: Scout disappears, presumably attacked and killed.
- 4: Scout attacked and injured. Roll 1d6 for days out of action.
- 5: Scout discovers zombies only:
- Roll 1d6 = # of Zombies if a single room.
- Roll 2d6 = # of Zombies if a home or apartment floor.
- Roll 3d6 = # of Zombies if a larger space, like a warehouse.
- Roll 4d6 = # of Zombies if an open exterior area, like a park or street.
- GM may adjust these roles as she sees fit. Just a warning.
- 6: Scout discovers zombies and resources/survivors. Roll "# of Zombies Discovered" and "Resources/Survivors Discovered".
- 7: Scout discovers zombies and resources/survivors AND returns with resources/survivors. Roll "# of Zombies", "Resources scavenged", and "Survivors Recruited".
- 8: Scout discovers zombies, resources, and survivors AND scavenges resources. Roll "# of Zombies", "Resources scavenged" (not "discovered, and "Survivors discovered".
