Well, I hadn't give that much thought, but for now let's say there's something like Fate's Throne of Heroes, where supernatural spirits exist and where spirits of heroes end up. This is what we know as 'The Spirit World', where spirits come from, but normal humans after they die they just go derp. Or something like that. :P Kinda like they reach whichever thing they believed in, but if I continue here I'll be entering a very philosophical matter and I'm to lazy.
