Marik and Nargle were banned.

Bans are perma for now, so post bread to get Mahz into this. He's the only one who can bring them back.

They're "perma" in the sense that they cannot be set to be automatically lifted, but a mod can go and unban someone at will. Holmes can easily go and unban them tomorrow.

I'm currently a bunch of neurons lighting up to ponder this for instant gratification in my chimp brain, while another bunch of neurons which are currently less so me light up guiltily about the work I'm supposed to be doing for tomorrow's exam. Okay, now I'm mostly the guilty neurons.
