Holy shit it's mewtwo!

A new prisoner has arrived.

I really only have a small handful characters that are pure evil enough to go into a roleplay like this, so in some ways this wasn't hard. This guy is from one of my very old universes though, I'm pretty rusty with him but I'll try.

Name: Jonas Campbell

Code Name: The Emperor

Nationality/Race: White

Age: 352 but looks 35ish, basically un-aging.

Gender: Male

Previous Prison: None

Crime: Sexual harassment, rape, kidnapping, murder, embezzling, ponzi schemes and other fraud.

Appearance:

Human: Averagely built, broad-shouldered but not particularly muscular beyond that. Has a round face and greyish sandy blond hair, green eyes with a pair of spectacles on his nose. All of this tends to make him seem unassuming and nonthreatening to people who wouldn't guess what kind of person he really is.

Dragon: A fat, low-slung beast with three pairs of legs and gleaming, golden scales. Has a scythe-like tail blade that seems perpetually covered in blood.

Personality: A sociopath that has become ridiculously skilled at faking emotions to the point that it can be hard to pick up on at first. A giveaway is that he's very practical about it, and when showing emotion isn't necessary he just doesn't. This means his expressions seem to turn off and on like a lightswitch whenever doing so becomes convenient for him. As is expected, he's capable of being extremely charming when he needs to be, and is a master manipulator, skills which have served him well in his career as a fraudulent banker. In a very dragon-like way, he's obsessed with money and riches, keeping small hoards of whatever shiny thing he can find. This and his depraved sexual appetite both stem from a desire to feel something, for he hates his numbness but has never been able to effect a change in it.

Abilities: Can shapeshift into many things by taking advantage of his weak connection in reality, mainly into the after-mentioned dragon but has some other forms as well. His cover can be blown by his eye color, which never changes.

Addictions: Money, power, sex, alcohol.

Weapon Proficiency: Not particularly good with any weapons.

Weapons on you: A pocket knife.

Bio/Personal History: Jonas is a member of a race of people created by mothering entity who gathered the remaining chaotic material from the creation of galaxy into living beings, with an effect similar to creating a glitch in reality (allowing him to straddle the edge between existence and non-existence.) While his people are no more or less inherently evil then humans, the tainted creation he was made with resulted in his current nature, and he's been largely ostracized by them and even the mother entity herself. He found himself in the human world as a result, and wherever he went he used his influence to achieve high status and wealth, until he found himself as a banker in the modern world. His fraud was discovered when a woman who he assaulted and impregnated came forward to the authorities. Shortly after, he kidnapped and nearly killed her and the unborn child, and was only restrained and detained after maiming and disemboweling several police officers.

Other Info: He's extremely far sighted, so losing his glasses is actually a crippling weakness and is part of how they managed to capture him in the first place, as he needs them even in his dragon form. As another side note, he's used to consuming small amounts of gold and other metals every day because it keeps his scales bright. It's not necessary to his survival though, meaning he probably won't get it in the prison and is likely to appear tarnished over time.

Has two sons on the outside that he's aware of; Erik, the child whom he nearly killed, and Greyson, who he had with a hooker. He often will talk about wanting to see both of them, but there's likely nothing but malicious intention behind this.

So what else can you tell us about the island? What does the town look like? Are there facilities? If Rothe has his way there'll be a tavern soon.
What does the rest of the island look like? Are there forests or other flora? What's the climate like? Is there wildlife? Rivers? mountains?

So it seems Arc got ignored I feel sad for him :(

Abi wants a large house, with a window view of the ocean, and a nice comfy bed with a lot of pillows. And a kitchen, and a living room, with a nice table somewhere.

You could have him ask for directions. Or you can have him approach the table with the form onn it.
