Deep within the heart of the 9 circles of Hell there is a place that makes all other torments pale by comparison, it is "Hell's Bureaucracy" Here for eternity toil those poor souls who's crimes in the mortal world involved what were seen as minor slights.
The Bureaucracy is considered by the guardians of heaven who watch to see that the punishment fit the crime.
Heaven has a similar structure but those who are there found joy in the mortal world doing the same repetitive tasks and find joy in their eternal function. Those souls in Hell find no joy in such duties and pray for the sweet release of pain from their mind numbing work, well most of them. There are those of the secretarial pool who find their own equilibrium in their job.
The secretarial pool is made of those condemned for trivial reasons to Hell; watching too much porno, covenanted the Neighbor's ass, didn't keep the Sabbath Holy or as in the case of Sandra Collins Meeker a drop dead gorgeous redhead, died a Virgin at 22 which it seems was a sin and not simply a figure of speech.
Sandy's sin meant that when she entered Hell's indoctrination her earthly lusts so long held at bay suddenly became a hunger which she so needed to feed that she seemed crazed.
Sex was not her only desire for she'd always held at bay her darker thoughts that when released rivaled the more insidious of demons.
She was for this reason assigned to the punishment assessment and watch division who's duty is to see that those sinners of a special interest are truly punished.
P.A.W.D. Is my own twisted version of Hell within Hell, a place where hell is less about pain an more monotony through eternity.
It is the Bureaucracy which is found everywhere and the last place you'd expect to be condemned.
