For instance, cold (even when it's below zero) doesn't really bother me too much -- heat, however, I very little tolerance for. (Anything hotter than 85° starts feeling uncomfortable to me. Yet, there are people from other areas of the country that would laugh at that because they deal with 100°+ on a regular basis and heat like that doesn't phase them.) It's all relative.


That was sort of my point but a bit drawn out and more understandable.

I get phased by heat like that, I can't take our summers here without air conditioning. I'm such a puss. I need to find a place where it's in the mid 60s-70s all the time.

Nice dry air, no crazy humidity...either spring or autumn. And not having to be stuck inside at the office. Indeed, perfection.

If that's the kind of weather you're after, move to a maritime climate. In the summers it rarely gets warmer than 35C here and this winter I haven't seen a single snowflake. It hasn't frozen once. It's very temperate.

Your part of Canada is quite nice. I recall autumn there, it was spectacular. Even over a decade later, when I feel the first crisp breezes of fall, it reminds me of my time there.
