Okay, well here's the rough idea for ya:
I was thinking of a robocop like character. He was a regular cop/terrorist response member/whatever who was horribly mauled during a raid on some Evol home. The higher ups took advantage of his critical condition and essentially rebuilt him into a android like being used for the sole purpose of matching and combating Evols by having its own special abilities. He will be, of course, the prototype test version, sent to Purgatory to observe Evols and maybe even gain some field testing before being deployed to do further in the field tests. Due to the fact he is the prototype, the memory erase he was given along with the many other changes wasn't clean and further down the line he will begin to experience flashbacks, vivid memories, and other hints that he had a very different past. This could give him motivation to be against the government forces later down the line as he will eventually learn that his former self had been declared dead and everyone who knew or loved him assumed the same. In sense, they will have stolen his humanity away from him, and that can piss anyone off.
Now in terms of matching Evols abilities, it will be, of course, not as OP as they may sound at first. I'm talking super strength and speed, incredible durability, and variety of sensors and vision ranging from thermal to night vision. You know, typical military android grade stuff. He would use normal weapons of the time and will be very
"robotic" in terms of personality at the very beginning, but once those memories begin to creep back, he will become more human in his demeanor
Anyway, that's my idea for a character. I am open to any suggestions and while I do want to do this kind of character a lot, I'm fine if the whole idea needs to be thrown out the window.
