not even dreaming small by just trying to make a movie or bring the tv show back, but instead trying to build a free platform for classrooms and shit. Awesome.

I heard about this a few days ago and was kind of pleased, if purely for nostalgia reasons. I hope they can bring it back -- I loved that show and it'd be great for kids today to be able to have the experience of being able to watch it, too.

Yes! especially on all the different platforms that make it much more accessible. Have parents getting their kids involved in this on tablets and shit. That seems ideal.

I never Had much experience with reading rainbow earlier in my life, but, It's nice to see something like this popping up. I'd support it if I had the cash.

I saw this on Reddit last week, Lavarr Burton did an AMA and it was great, he seems like a very genuine man and cares about this project very much. Reaching kids through things like mobile devices since a lot of the lower income families still cannot afford a computer is pretty smart.

Oh wow, it's been a long time since I thought about Reading Rainbow. Seeing quite a few kids own or use their parent's mobile device, it great to see them try and reach the kids on something accessible for more people and something they enjoy using.
