The Smith family have lived in their home at 247 Cherry Tree Lane for fifteen years. Their neighbours are always swapping stories about items going missing in their homes and the children hear stories from their friends about little people living inside the walls of the houses, but the adults don't believe them. The Smiths have never had any problems with their things disappearing, everything is always where they left it and they never have to look for more than a few minutes for anything that gets lost.
The Smith home is soon going to have some Borrowers of its own, the question is: Will they be a tight knit community or will they claim territories and fight amongst themselves over food and resources?
The Smiths
- Donald Smith: The head of the household Donald works during the day and is usually up later than the rest of the family in the living room watching TV.
- Harriet Smith: Donald's wife. she is a stay at home mom that spends a lot of time in the kitchen and living room during the day.
- Julie Smith: Donald and Harriet's daughter. She is thirteen years old and is away at school most days, when she's home she is either in her room or the living room.
- Harry Smith: Donald and Harriet's son. He is two years old and spends most of his time following his mother around the house or playing in the living room.
- Fluffy: The Smith family's cat, Fluffy is probably the most dangerous of all, she prowls around the house in search of pests. And Borrowers.
- Rex: The Smith family's new puppy. He is only a couple months old and spends a lot of time in the house or backyard terrorizing small animals and Fluffy.
House Layout
The backyard has a vegetable garden, a tree with a tree house and a beehive in it and a patio area.
The Front yard has a porch, a flower bed and another tree.
Character SheetName: Names are not like regular English names and are often based on household items, like Pod Clock from the Borrowers novel/film.
Age: Borrowers can live just as long as humans do and age at the same rate.
Appearance: Describe them however you want, keep in mind that Borrowers are about 4 inches tall and wear a patchwork of "borrowed" cloth.

Name: Twig Talltree
Age: 18
Appearance: Twig is slightly above average in height, he's about 4.2 inches tall, and has brown hair, hazel eyes and tan skin from living outdoors. His clothes change frequently when they begin to wear out, the only garment that is permanent is his cloak, made from field-mouse hide it is a traditional piece of clothing for his family that is very useful as a parachute if they fall from a high branch or a bag if they need to carry something big.

History: Twig's community lives in the park just down the street from the Smiths. They are fairly well known for taming squirrels and riding them to get around quickly. Twig's family has avoided the Smith home since he was a child because the Smiths like to keep cats and they fear that the cats would eat them and their squirrels. Twig, now 18, has decided that he isn't afraid of a stupid cat and he is going to be the first borrower to claim the Smith home as his.
Name: Tulip Breeze (is called Tini because of her size)
Age: 17
Appearance: Tini stands at 3.3 inches. That is how she got her nickname in the first place because she is extremely small for her age. Besides her height, Tini has long white wavy hair and is often seen wearing clothing made out of cloth scrapes or flower petals that she had made herself.
Skills: Scavenging, Befriending animals, creating things with scavenged items
History: Tini was abandoned at birth and has been trying to find a place where she is accepted. She has been wandering from house to house in hopes to find a place where she fits in and doesn't constantly get scolded for not knowing how to defend herself.
Name: Honeydew Mint

Honeydew has green hair and eyes that can easily blend in with the light color of grass. She can always be seen wearing her favorite green and white
dress she made herself. She stands 3.9 inches tall.

While she was there, she was often called "Mama" because of her caring nature, and her ability to keep everyone in line. Though it worked for some time, eventually everyone left and went their seperate ways...including her. She is currently on the look for a new home and new friends to take care of so she can finally be happy.

Being at around average hight, nothing special comes from her that much. Except from the horns on her head. People wonder if they're real or not...
Skills: Crafting, fighting and defending.
History: Originally coming from a house of collectors, Knight lived it pretty easily. Sadly, a house like this came with claiming territory. Her being much weaker than most, she only got the scraps of territory that hadn't been claimed. One area was the chessboard, large with the pieces still intact. She defended that area well, getting her name, Knight from it. She had one day decided to say that she was bored of this life where she had everything she needed literally right in front of her. Hearing about how a house nearby had never been adventured or claimed before, Knight decided she would be the one to explore and survive in The Smiths' house.

Appearance: He stands abut 4.5 inchs tall and has a full beard but is bald for some reason....has brown eyes and a serious looking face.

Leader: Has the ability to inspire courage into those who follow him. and fear to ones who are not
Tactician: He is excellent at planning military strategies and battle plans (Watched alot of history channel and military channel)
Crafter: Can craft simple thing to intricate traps.
History: Alpha came from the furthest house down the road having to plan out each day and mission as the family thre had began to lay traps for him. He soon hooked up with two younger boys who were rowdy but great grunts. and he has led them to the smith's house to live in peace. So he can make plans for world dominiati----er i mean world peace :) ?

Age: 16
Appearance He stands 4 inchs tall being the shortest of the two siblings.with hazel eyes and short brown hair.

Appearance: Stands 4'.2 inches tall with green eyes and short black hair

History: the Brothers use to live outside until one day when "Alpha" found them. He took them under his wing as they began to learn normal house living. But maintained their roots to survive. They now serve as his grunts to do anything that is needed by the other borrowers from "Whacking" a certain annoying house pet to building or gathering things.
