"Yes Eliza? Is there something that you have a question on?" Lady Violetta walked over to her.

When Chicoti returned her gaze to her own candle, there was no flame but she stared at it anyways thoroughly confused. The wick was burnt.. had it been that way when she got it out? Maybe the box she had used had been used by another student before... Simply shrugging it off, she put the box away and pulled out the blue one just like Lady Violetta asked. This one sounded even harder than the previous. Instead of looking around this time, she simply screwed up her face a bit and stared into the box, imagining raining coming down during a thunderstorm.

What Chicoti didn't realize was that small drops of water /were/ forming... just not in her box. They happened to be forming and falling down - drip... drip.. drop..- every once in a while on Dante and his work table.

Ayaka was so focused on whatever she did to make water fall on top of the candle that she ended up making water fall all over her and her work table. Needless to say, it filled the tank up but she didn't think she was supposed to drench herself and her work table in the process.

Noirin was concentrating on making it rain into the box for it was the one way she could think of to make water get inside such a small box...... As she concentrated, drops rain started to form and fall in the room as a whole. Before to long it was raining inside the demonstration lab.

Lady VIoletta clapped her hands to get the students attention.
"Please stop for a minute! Or we will all be drenched. Everyone can make it rain or at least drip. Now let's move on to the next box. I'll clean up this mess first."

A small whirl wind formed and sucked up all of the water then went to the window to deposit the water before dying out.

"Now get the brown box and set it on your table and put the blue box under the table, please. -- You can manipulate the very earth around you, building the best shelters, fortifications, and the most resistant of any materials. But even a simple wind can erode you, or a strong one. And a mighty rush of water can knock you down.



Take out the hour glass. It has earth inside of it. When you turn it upside down, gravity will pull the earth downwards. You task is to push the earth upwards. Then turn the hour glass on it’s side and move the earth from one side to the other. All will be done with another source other than your own body."

After snuffing out his flame with his fingers Dante felt water dripping on his head he waited a second as it continued he looked up to see a small storm cloud dripping water on him it hit him in the the face and he wiped it off looking around he noticed a girl was staring at him he walked over to her. "Is this your doing?" Dante said pointing at the rain cloud as he did though the headmistress made a whirl wind take all the water out of the room.

Chicoti looked up from her box with a frown, clearly unhappy that nothing formed in her box. That's two activities that I couldn't do.. Maybe Lady Violetta was wrong about me having magical abilities... "Is what my-" She saw the cloud get swept away by Lady Violetta and shifted her eyes back to Dante. "Oh. No, it can't be. I haven't been able to get fire nor water to form.." She frowned as she started to gather up the contents of her box to put it away and pull out the next one.

Dante stopped the girl from putting away the back' "here I have a idea." Dante said grabbing the red box he set up the candle. "Here I want you to try this after me." Dante said to the girl he snapped his finger agin and a flame appeared inbetween his pointer finger and thumb he lit the candle then snuffed it out with his fingers. "I want you to try it do you think you can?"

"Woah! That was cool!" Chicoti watched what the boy did and thought about it for a moment. "I suppose it makes sense.. friction as a heat source.. darn why didn't I think of that?" She tried it herself, snapping her fingers a few times and managing to at least make a small spark before it vanished. "Darn.. at least I'm making something now. Thanks.. er... uh... What's your name?" She blinked, having realized she didn't know anyone's names really.

Dante laughed a bit watching the small girl snap making sparks. "My names Dante."

Noirin was bored with practicing these things and began to watch the other students. She saw Dante teach another girl how he made fire. She tried it and the snapping of her fingers did work! She began to light the tips of her fingers in amazement.

Ayaka began practicing with earth magic but soon got bored with that. For awhile she sat there staring at the hourglass concentrating on moving the earth before her eyes started wandering around the room to see what some of the other students were doing.

Upon seeing that the students were beginning to get bored with that project, Lady Violetta decided to finish the class.

“The last element is air. Air is all around you and I am sure that each of you have done something with air. So let’s put the Earth Experiment away and get a pink box from the pile.
You can manipulate air, creating gusts of winds to blow away enemies, or keep yourself alive in worse areas by drawing in clean air to yourself. If used hard enough can wear down even the mightiest of stone.



In this box is a small box with a balloon attached to it. And yes the basket is large enough and can give a pet a ride if it is done correctly. The basket is made with stretchable fibers and will carry any of your pets up to 50 pounds.
This experiment is to see if you can blow up the balloon which is a tough material. When you get it blown up or get tired of trying to blow it up, use another element to blow up the balloon. I would like to see who can blow up the balloon the easiest.” Lady Violetta spoke as the students began the last experiment of the day.

Ayaka put the earth stuff away and got the last box out. As soon as she had the experiment set up, Ayaka began trying to inflate the balloon.

Dante looked at the next experiment it didn't seem like his type of thing he just at back and watched the others do it.

Having realized that she had not participated in the earth experiment, Chicoti quickly pulled out the pink box and set up the air experiment. She was excited for this element. Perhaps if she could master this element she would be able to make herself fly! With that thought, she thought back to her little air dragon egg that was nestled up in her room. The little thing didn't seem to have any interested in hatching any time soon. Frowning, she focused as hard as she could on inflating the balloon with mild success. Chicoti could make the balloon shift with a little bit of airflow, but couldn't produce enough to make it start expanding.

During the earth experiment, neither Melody or Elliot could seem to stop the earths flow, and quickly got annoyed.

Elliot pulled out the pink box, and opened it up, looking at the basket he frowned. This was going to be harder than he thought. He began to try and push the air into the balloon but it would just stir around him.

Melody was excited for this one. She opened it up and set it down, examining the deflated balloon and coming up with ways to fill it. She draped it over top of the basket, and held the basket above her head. She then pictured her breath was magical and that she could blow out helium. She looked up at the bottom of the basket and blew out her breath slowly, and small wisps of grey could be seen moving through the wicker on the bottom of the basket. The balloon slowly filled, and Melody pictured tying a knot in the balloon to keep the air in, and after that,the air stayed in the balloon! Melody let go of it and it floated to the top of the classroom. Every time she breathed in, it went down a bit, so she could control its height with her breathing patterns.

"Yes Eliza? Is there something that you have a question on?" Lady Violetta walked over to her.

When everyone moved on to air I was still suck on the water task
"It will not move Miss"

Noirin smiled for she knew how a hot air balloon worked. She warmed the air up and kinda pushed it into the balloon. The balloon began to fill and raise upwards. Slowly the balloon rose up into the air. Noirin made a puff of wind which was aimed at the balloon. The balloon began to fly across the room with Noirin following close behind.

There was a loud dragon roar and Lady Violetta spoke.
"Time for a quick refreshment in the dining room then to the next class. You have 10 minutes!"

As Melody lost attention the balloons air seal broke and fell, hitting her in the head, and she fell over, embarrassed.
Elliot had managed to make the air balloon begin to hover by combining air and fire and creating a small floating flame. As soon as it began to lift, however, a dragon roar made him jump, and he set the balloon on fire. He sucked out the oxygen and killed it before serious damage could be done.
