She watched the car, then saw Flint follow it. She thought maybe she shouldn't be this nosey, but she couldn't help it. Nirvana slowly walked around to the back of the cafe , before she could make it around she heard the gun shot, eyes widening she ran around the corner, staring at the unconscious flint, her eyes darkened, turning black. She lunged forward, slamming one of the kids heads against the car, knocking him out before grabbing the other and breaking their arm, she then picked up and handcuffs, but without the key, so she just tied them around his wrists, very tightly. After she had rendered the two defenceless she went and leant down beside Flint, her eyes reverting back to normal as she shook Flint softly, trying to wake him. She wanted to call for help but, she really couldn't .

When Kate got to the hospital she was going to change into her scrubs but the volunteer coordinator came and told her that too many volunteers were there that day so Kate wasn't needed. Kate sighed and exited the hospital before she began walking down the street again. Kate eventually got to the cafe where her sister worked and entered. She looked around and saw some guy talking to her sister. She sent a confused look towards her sister before looking around and noticing all the tables were taken, she looked at the bar like area of the cafe and saw only one seat available, which was between to guys who seemed menacing in her opinion but you can't judge a book by it's cover. Kate walked to the seat and sat down ordering a hot chocolate and patiently waiting ignore the weird look she was receiving from the guy on her right who seemed really pale with red eyes, almost vampire-like. Kate decided to plug her earphones in and turned on some music, the music just so happened to be a metal type music, strange for a girl like her but in Kate's opinion, all music, no matter what type, was good depending on how it was created and/or performed. Kate also pulled out her small sketch pad and began to sketch some pictures of mystical creatures like unicorns and werewolves, etc.

Melissa heard a voice looking up seeing Aden. She smiled at him, seeing him in the morning made her work better, mainly because she didn't want to work. Not today that is. Melissa was a completely changed person around Aden, she was nice to him and she liked Aden, also there is the whole dating him and all. Yes Melissa and Aden were a couple. She rolled her eyes taking a sip of her tea. "I dont want to work.....I dont feel like working....sit sit down. Want me to get you anything?". She turned to her sister just incase the girl got into trouble but her head turned back to Aden waiting for his reply. It was nice having him visit her.

Noah wakes up a bit late this morning his alarm clock ringing loudly.He sleepily reaches his hand out towards his nightstand trying to turn it off accidentally slapping it to the floor. He groaned a bit reaching over his bed looking at the time seeing he was late for work. "Should I even bother..." he mumbled to himself picking up his clock then gets out of bed walking over to the bathroom to get ready for the day. When he was finished Noah walks out the door with his keys going towards the cafe quickly. He opens up the door slowly looking around carefully for his manager then goes into the back turning on the stoves and preparing food knowing he will probably get yelled at later for being late.

Melanie pulled out her cell-phone and checked recent messages.
Nothing.
Melanie shrugged and a gun-shot rang out in her ears, being in the police department she was concerned. What would she do about it? Flint was probably there, busting the person. He was on top of a lot of cases all the time, unlikely he hadn't already kicked the guys ass.
Melanie took a deep gulp of saliva hoping he was alright, if he was even there. Melanie walked into the cafe and sat down at a table.

Melissa shrugged as she saw Aden sitting next to her and he placed a soft kiss on her cheek. "I dont know. Aden, you know I work. I just dont feel like working todaaaay." She sighed laying her head ontop of Aden's shoulder. "But... I shall be going to work befo-..." and there he was the manager looking at Melissa. "Before my manager..." she sighed and talked "sees me..." Melissa scooted and got out smiling at Aden kissing his lips for a second and pulling back as she walked behins the counter and began to work.

After Melanie finished resting herself from a whole day of work, she stood up and walked up to the counter. She made contact with a young woman with dark black hair, and a violent shade of purple for an eye shade..
"Hey, could I grab a... Latte with a pump of Chai, and one pump of white chocolate mocha? Please and thank you."

Thomas had no idea how long he had been walking around the small town before his eyesight completely came back to him. He had been making do with the blurry tunnel vision that had come after his...experiment, and had managed not to get hit by a car or anything, but it had given him a headache. He needed to get inside, preferably somewhere dark and cool. Dammit it all to hell... Thomas thought, [I] What have I done to myself? [\I] he saw some kind of shop up ahead, Andrade for the door.

(Hobby or bookstore?anyone?)

Thomas pushed his way into the shop, barely registering that it was a bookstore. He did notice that it was mostly empty, which he was glad for. He wandered up down some of the aisles before realizing what he was doing and approached the counter. "bathroom? I mean, is there? I mean could.... I'll buy something..."

Melissa did not want to work today! It just wasnt her day. She might make an excuse up later on. She noticed a girl walking to the counter, great now she really has to work.

"Latte with a pump of Chai, and one pump of white chocolate mocha."

Said the customer. Melissa nodded as she turned around preparing for the customer's order. A few minutes later she walked to the girl with her order. She gave a fake as smile. "Here you go. Enjoy. Annd its $2.50."(? Idk if thats a good price lol)

"There is one here, but it is in the back room." Alderus looked at the odd character, he seemed flustered, or something, but it was obvious he was not normal.
"One second please." he said, putting down his book, picking up a pair of glasses, and putting them on. These glasses were enchanted, of course, with sensory magic. Any sort of magic/mana overflow would be visible in the form of blue or red breath. After confirming the placement of magic in the guy, Alderus placed the glasses down and got up from his chair."Please follow me, and say nothing." He began to walk to the door in the back of the store.

Thomas followed the young man as he led him toward the back of the store. Thomas wasn't a particularly suspicious person, but today wasn't a particularly normal day. [i] I hope this guy isn't some kind of creeper...[\i]

Melanie paid the woman and took her Pumpkin Spice Latte, she sipped on it a bit and said. "You have a good rest of the night now, Miss." even though it was clear Melanie was older than the young woman she was trying to be as polite as possible.

Flint lay unconscious, he was still losing a lot of blood.
Maybe if someone could call an ambulance

Melanie walked away and sat down at a table, sipping at her pumpkin spice.

Alderus picked the key out from his pocket, shoving it into the lock on the old wooden door, the hinge of which creaked as it was slowly opened. Beyond the door was a hallway, a set of curtains, and a whirring noise. "Restroom is down there" He pointed down to the left end of the hallway "Trust me, you don't to wander around here. Just do your thing and hurry out of here, as I shouldn't be allowing you into the backroom right now." Alderus walked into the hall, and gathered himself at the right of the door, waiting for the stranger to move.

Grant stayed silent for a few moments. Who was she? She seemed strange. Odd. Grant, deep in his subconscious, sensed she wasn't...Normal. Not a proper human. "Um, sure..." He said, barely loud enough to be heard. He slid the book closer to himself, but kept it closed. "If you don't mind," He looked at her, "What's your name?" She had him intrigued.

Avery slid into the chair and sat down. "Avery. Most call me Avie, though." She said with a smile before adding, "what's yours?"

Aiko was starting to want another cookie. Becoming a character in a book took more than she thought, and frankly, she could tell the unease coming from Delilah. When she was done being transformed, she thanked Delilah for the experience and for the taste of the bitter coffee. Aiko excused herself and left the booth, weaving in and out of the crowded cafe making her way to the bar area to order another chocolate chip cookie. She never expected a shop to make such wonderful cookies. As she neared close, her excitement over took her as she began to pick up her pace. Unfortunately, this caused her to trip over her own feet in the crowd, causing her to land face first into Kate.

"Oh! Excuse me miss, I'm sorry." Aiko said as she picked herself up "I didn't mean to run into you." Aiko was a little embarrassed and she was sure this was probably very evident.
