Read it, I like it. Feels like a boosted Spider Sense, with gameshark codes for multiple choice exams haha. I wanna know Faith's opinion of it, though so we'll see later!

I see already that characters below 18 can enter this asylum, but I am thinking of making a very young character in comparison to the ones accepted so far, would that be allowed or deemed a bit too unrealistic? (I know we are talking about having superpowers, but the law isn't exactly as willy nilly because of it) To be exact he/she would be either 8 or 12.

I'm not sure about that. We might have to wait for Faith for the answer. Stick around, maybe show her your CS later, too. I think it could be okay, but it's really up to her.

Shadowreaper, your character seems to have two superpowers, one of which is too powerful in both my and CaptnBoobgrab's opinion. You could go with the mind controlling, but I'm going to ask you to put a limit to it.

As for the others I'm afraid not everyone's accepted, not because the character sheets aren't good, but because if we did accept all of you, that would be too much to control and would only let you wait longer for a reply. The ones that are accepted are the people who replied to the interest check, though a spot will be reserved for the others next time a spot opens up. This is the list of people that are accepted:

Name: Virgil Defrain

Age: 23

Gender: Male

Appearance: Virgil is a little on the tall side, being 6'5 and about 190 pounds he casts quite the intimidating shadow. Virgil has strong features like a heavy set jaw, a strong nose, and broad shoulders. Clothing wise, Virgil would preferably not were much else besides some undies and a pair of shorts but since that isn't always accepting he will were a tank top over it.

Personality: Virgil is a relaxed individual with slight animalistic tendencies. He has spent so much time as an animal that he has forgotten what its like to act human, he tries at least. Virgil doesn't bother with lies and trickery, seeing them as a waste of time and effort which he could be using sleeping, reading, or staying within his mind and imagining what the new doctor tastes like.

Superpower:
While he was free, Virgil rarely left his hybrid form and could hypothetically stay that way indefinably. However these long extensions of being part animal my indeed make him the only person in the group to qualify for insanity. While in this form, Virgil is incredibly strong, tough, and if he is in water, fast. Even his healing is faster than a normal persons. However, enough damage and he will fall just like any other animal.

Biography: Virgil grew up in the swamp lands of Louisiana, living off the land and such. It was a simple life in and of itself, go hunt, come home, eat, sleep, repeat. Life was uncomplicated. That is, until his first change occured. Virgil hadn't felt anything like it, the strength, the speed, the power. It quickly went to his head and he got cocky, eventually his family found out and he was exiled. No longer fit to take the Defrain name, but he did anyway just to spite them. Virgil stayed in his crocodile form for a long time, finding it simpler than the life he had left behind. He was a king of beasts and he liked it that way. One day, while out of form, he had been caught by some random passerby's and they had a talk, Virgil told them everything and not too days later a shiny white van showed up fallowed by several police cars. Finding it unwise to change in front of a bunch of guns, Virgil went along with it. Now he's stuck in this crazy house.

Other: Has eaten people before and has bitten the personnel while doing physical exams. Because of this he is required to wear a "anti bight mask" when outside containment.

Faith won't be here until later but she did ask me to check the CS of the players from the interest check.

Pathfinder, I think that character is good. A crocodile druid! Or was it sorcerers that could shapeshift from Pathfinder? I forget, I only played once... aaaanyway I think Virgil will get approved.

Name: Mikael
Age: 19
Gender: Male

Appearance: Mikael has shoulder length black hair, an oval shaped face, and brown eyes. He has pale complexion and is 6'2 tall, and a lean but defined body. His torso and limbs are riddled with scars from when he was young.

Personality: Mikael is gentle, patient, but uncontrollable when angered. He will endure anything, but if he is angered, he will want revenge. Years of enduring pain and beatings gave him tremendous willpower.

Superpower: Redirection. Anything (energy, projectile, force, objects, etc) coming to him, he can deflect to a direction of his choice. Energy / force can get stored before redirecting with the accumulated energy/force. The limit to his power is that he must be aware of the incoming attack, and can only redirect one thing at a time.

Biography: Mikael's mother died upon childbirth. Due to this, his father raised him alone. His father blamed him for his mother's death and hated him for it, and thus he endured many beatings from his father. From the smallest error, he was beaten. Due to the beatings, he grew to be sturdy, and got into a lot of street and underground fights. It came to a point when the beatings became daily, and Mikael wished for it to stop.

Soon, he noticed that there was no pain anymore, and he continued taking the beating. His father was not the only one who blamed him for his mother's death. He did too, so he continued taking the blows, unaffected, hoping to feel the pain again. His father continued beating him, enraged even more by Mikael's indifference.

One day, though, Mikael had a big argument like his father, worse than their usual, and it resulted with his father striking him again, but this time, Mikael felt true anger. When his father's hit landed, Mikael's power manifested itself for the first time, and all the force pent up within Mikael from all the beatings was unleashed upon his father. His father died, and it was ruled that Mikael murdered him. Nobody would believe Mikael's story, and he was seen as insane, and sent to the Asylum to serve his sentence.

Other: Pretty decent in close quarters combat.

Looks good, but I have a question about his power: can he redirect one thing at a time or various things?

I never really thought of that, but one at a time would be good. Too many would be OP, haha. Could be done one after the other I guess, but not at the same time.

Would anyone object to me (or one of the GMs, if they'd prefer) making a thread on the CS forum for people to post accepted characters? This seems like a large RP and I'd like to easily reference other peoples' characters. uwu
