Romance is cool and all, but I kind of need a good action/adventure roleplay to get into. Of course, having romance on the side is alright.
Hey! So a few things you should know about me before we get started. I do usually stick to 1x1's because, in contrast to group roleplays, there generally isn't a lot of time you spend just sitting around waiting for someone to post. Also, I stick to threads. Always. (Unless we're covering a private part of the roleplay, of course. Then we take stuff to PMs.) I've actually tried doing PMs, but I just can't bring myself to partake in them. I'm not really sure what it is, but I just don't post as fast. While I don't mind length, (On average I post +4 paragraphs, so as long as you're meeting casual standards, I won't complain.) punctuation and grammar are some of my huge pet peeves.
Of course, typos cannot be prevented, as I am convinced they are one of this world's greatest evils, but other things can. (Like using periods. And quotation marks. And logic.) I recently honed my writing skills a bit more (I can thank roleplaying, probably..) so I'll be able to keep up with you even if you decide to be writing pages and pages. Although I usually return what's been given to me, I'm still a student so most of my posts are made in my spare time. Usually they're still pretty good, but I felt it was fair to warn you it can take me a while to post sometimes.
I'm fine with playing male or female characters, but in terms of romance I usually stick to my male character. (M/M usually but I can get flexible if we're far enough along...) I don't really mind what age range/gender you decide to play, because I'm looking for a roleplay not-so-centered around romance as some are, but I stick to 14-18. If I'm playing a non-human character, then that will be their apparent age.
From you, oh potential partner, what I need is communication. Everything else is awesome, but optional. We need to be able to converse, especially with all the potential directions an adventure roleplay can go. If we are doing a 1x1x1 it would be necessary for all of us to control a minimum of two characters. (Maybe some character sheets would be useful, but I don't care for them much to be honest...) Then we would take turns plotting, or just go with the flow.

Here are some basic ideas: (We can work from here, plan over PMs or something, or you an offer a few ideas...)
-A school with monsters... or mages...
-Organization that hunts down rogue creatures
-Superpowered/ Mutants (Heroes or Villains)
-See ghosts/spirits
Fandoms~
-Blue Exorcist
-Sword Art Online
-Fairy Tail
-Bleach
