Beau is constantly moving, both physically and mentally, sometimes he feels he cannot stop, this is more than simple hyperactivity, it isn't a constantly need to talk, on the contrary he actually says very little and is generally calm-seeming, being more a man of action than a man of words, but at the same time he feels the need for constant something, which can sometimes lead to a leap before he looks mentality, often landing him into trouble. Mentally he is always moving, thinking, pondering, though not always on the task at hand but always about something, generally he is analyzing and deducting, noticing small things and putting them away in his mental storage for later, when he will find a use for them. He usually doesn't stress the small stuff, but, while slow to anger, he has a thunderous rage when it is roused, and a more loyal friend would be hard to find.

Beau was born among the rich of the city, and had everything he could ever want handed to him on a silver platter. He has also alway had some excess energy, it fuels everything he does, and as a result he finds it very hard to sit still, though not stupidly so, as long as he can move, and keep moving, he should be fine, and was fine for awhile, it wasn't a problem, until he started channeling that energy into other things, including but not limited to other people, Of course, growing up they called it ADHD, there was treatment for that, medicine he could take, special classes, etcetera, and when he reached about 12 they just laughed it off as having a 'current flowing though his veins" but when he reached about age 16 and began to actually show people his less than usual abilities, people, starting with his 'friends' and ending with his mother, the very woman who gave birth to him, began calling it "WHAT EVEN ARE YOU, GET OUT OF HERE YOU MONSTER", kind of a long name, but he got the point. Going from having everything he could ever want at his fingertips to have absolutely nothing but the clothes on his back was not easy for Beau, but he did it, and came out a better man for it he began working at various places, moving from one part of the city to another, to another, until he finally settled in and began a life in general anonymity, working on engines, electronics, if it was electric, he could, would, and probably did fix it.

In battle he likes to blast things and people with a lightning bolt or two, while maintaining a decent distance from his targets, makes it easier to run away and but he isn't above getting down and dirty in a fight. Outside of fights he likes to exercise a little bit more finesse with his element; generally this means fixing things of electrical nature, Computers, tazers, etc this has been very slowly spilling into his fighting style as well, less SMASH IT WITH A HAMMER more look before you leap in his stance on combat, though by no means does that mean he's lost a step, on the contrary, he's merely approaching battle from another standpoint as of recently. His powers are temporarily enhanced (bigger, faster blasts, less overall control) during a thunderstorm, or if he can absorb some sort of electric power, touching a fuse box, being stuck by lightning, licking batteries, etc.

Beau's Staff: A long, thin piece of warm, ornate, indestructable bone, made from the bones of one of Tugg's ancient ancestors, the original lightning beings. Good for conducting electricity, using as a focusing device for aiming bolts of lightning, using as a walking stick, prying things open, or bashing people over the head with. Has Runes inscribed on the side, by whirling it above his head Beau can cause a lightning storm to brew, even if the weather wouldn't otherwise do so. It also almost moves of its own accord during battle, protecting the holder should the holder let it, this functions as a kind of autopilot for close combat.

Bolt: A boomerang that streaks lightning and will shock whomever touches it, or it touches, will always find its way back to Beau, eventually
