Cold, heartless and observant. Whilst maybe not the most tactical in all of the world he is extremely strategic and can plan almost anything out if it allows him a long term victory. He often uses people as if tools to his own merit and relentlessly sacrifices them if they end up failing him or running into the authority. He is quite resourceful and spoiled, his physicality is poor to the extent of not being able to run more than one and a half times around a running track. He is known for his bluntness and inability to care for others, with few exceptions to date, but there are few, countable on the fingers of one hand. He is also known for his ability to remain undetected, a master of controlling things from behind the curtains of iron. He is very thin.
Background:
Augustus Primus, a long descendant of almost pure Roman lineage with the exception of his mothers husband who's managed to marry into the Primus family with hte only apparent reason being fame, money and power. Augustus is highly opinionated about the man whom his mother fell in love with after his father performed ''suicide' due to unknown reasons. Augustus cold-hearted ruthlessness cannot handle the kindness of his mother and is therefore not confronting the man whom he hates without end: Kira Yamamoto. That man had clouded the eyes of the Primus family and managed to get them a grand and firm hold around Japan, even moving Augustus and his mother there to live with Kira, who's name now is Kira Primus.
He took to the darkest corners of Japan and found many things out which he had enjoyed much in Italy. The underground activity was immense, surprisingly so. Without much interest in the existing 'clans' fighting an underground war he much rather interested himself in playing the unjust destroyer, but due to his child like physical ability to won't be able to do much alone.
Other than his interest and fair and well observing of the news, internet and the world of Japan, itself. He imagined that through the internet he would be able to do which he would find good. The internet global abilities is also something he finds a great need for, so from there he expanded and went, now he finds himself in Akuma High School and he knows why.
Secret:
The secret Augustus holds is that he is the founder and leader of the anti-crime, secret and private organization of Legion. Being the first of many he holds a central role. Any Legion activity is known by him and is made in his name. He is the Emperor of Legion, also known as One. Legion members are classified and identified by their number, it acts as a name and in Legion names are meaningless. Legion is a surprisingly wealthy and powerful secret organization which on paper funds Japanese hospitals but in reality spends 98% of it's wealth on the combat of underground crime and the funding of itself, supplying of weapons, it's own science division and Cyber Corps. Legion is seated in a grand and tall Gothic sky scraper, representing what a Cathedral would look like if it was made in skyscraper proportions, being tall, rather than wide. Legion acts above the law, according to itself and leaves no trace of their activity except the bodies of any criminal found in their path, as well as silencing any civilian with a well supply of money to keep their mouths shut, as well as a 'promotion' to work at a Legion controlled work place.
