When activated Martis Ira confers Cordelia red/white wings on her back and the ability to fly at great speed and power. Her eyes turn dark red and a dark red aura surrounds her.
Noted by her father Lucius, Martis Ira is a powerful semblance. Lucius before his death noted that Martis is in its early stages and believes that Cordelia has not even unlocked its true potential.
Weapon:Bellona and Minerva were both created by Cordelia as a honor to the family warriors of Bellona Caesar and Minerva Caesar who fought against the Grimm when mankind was only in its early stages.
Gladio Bellonae (Sword of Bellona)
Bellona is simple design though durable, powerful and fearsome as noted by her brother Constantine when he first laid eyes upon it. The sword length is the same as a Roman Spatha though has some differences. A ring is attached at the end of base and Cordelia can swing the sword around and throw it at enemies. The ring opens to the dust tubes port which can be filled with 4 dust tubes all of them red dust. Just at the start of the blade is a visible sword like symbol which represent her dust capacity. When the Bellona uses dust, the sword is engulfed into flames and burns anything it comes into contact.
The swords color is silver but from the middle to the top of the blade is black.
Bellona can also transform into an assault rifle that holds a 100 clip. The assault rifle has an RPM of 650.
Clipeo Minervae (Shield of Minerva)Minerva is large shield that is red and has gold markings. The shield displays the emblem of the Caesar Family. Notable is the round sliver ball in the shield that is used for charging at opponents. Minerva has the ability reflect bullets and attacks with high durability and the shield can be thrown at enemies. The shield is also collapsible and can form into a gauntlet when she needs to use her Assault Rifle.
Dust: Cordelia uses Red Dust (Fire) on Bellona. The Red Dust gives the sword the properties of fire.
Other Equipment:A Loculus (leather satchel) carrying various small items including her dust.
Skills & Abilities: Being from a family that created custom weapons, procured Hunters/Huntress and fought in the War, it is no surprise she is a fighter, an exceptionally good one. She is trained in hand to hand combat though only uses as a last resort or when not fighting against a serious enemy.

When she is not in battle wears a black jacket, a white t-shirt underneath the jacket, black boots and blue shorts. Her hair is elegantly black and eyes are orange-red.
Combat Armor
Cordelia wears a lorica segmentata (body armor) that cover her chest body and underneath it a tunic. On her body armor has 4 clip pouches. A manica (armguard) on her right arm and left arm, shin guards on her legs, a red scarf, and a Galea that she can retract and become a neck collar that she can remove. What is a notable feature on her armor is red cloak with the family emblem on it.

PersonalityCordelia is one the most seriously, cold, calculating person you will ever meet. She has a huge pride and ego coming from the Caesar Family put off a lot of people due to the families infamy. She likes to tease people and annoy them with her sweet voice and when combined with the way she dresses and her orange-red eyes makes her look like an evil b*tch.
Deep down though, she is depressed and traumatized by her actions. She has kept these memories tucked away by bullying others that support the Faunus or are of the Faunus species as a way for her to repress her memories. Her pride and ego also help repress her memories of Dies Ultionis.
Cordelia still has rebellious personality she had as a kid. She sometimes breaks rules or circumvents them depending on the rule and uses logic and reasons to justify her actions. She has always gotten away with it due to her stature though has pissed off many people in the past including her family.
HistoryFrom the Mistral Region, Cordelia was born into the Caesar Family known for procuring Hunter/Huntresses and creating weapons. The house fought in the War along with other noted families such as the Sakanade family. Caesar House harbors a deep distrust of the Faunus viewing their species fit as slaves for Mankind while they’d continue the fighting against the Grimm. The surname Caesar when mentioned or heard bears a sentiment of either love or hate.
Cordelia at an early age was raised strictly by her parents in the massive family estate. By the age of six she was already learning how to fight through weekly hand to hand combat training and learning about the history of war. Though the weekly trainings, lessons on being a noble family member, war lessons made her rebellious at a young age. Despite that her parents did spend time with her and took her to the cities or to the Forest of Vale for picnics and the occasional fight against the Grimm which she saw with admiration.
Though her parents, Lucius and Hera spent most of their time teaching at Sanctum. Cordelia was raised around her family members who had opinions and ideology that would influence her. Older members of the family influenced Cordelia by speaking about the Faunus with distrust, negativity and hate for other members who have discarded the old ideology. Cordelia still at a young age believed all the information the members of the old ideology. At the same members of the new ideology did the same. It was a tug of war. Both members of the ideologies tried to bring Cordelia to their respective beliefs. Her parents interestingly though did not speak anything about the Faunus and were described as ambivalent on the Faunus. Cordelia would remain ambivalent on the beliefs about the Faunus, and human dominance until she was thirteen.
An event that would traumatize Cordelia was when she saw the death of her parents at the hands of a Faunus. Cordelia watched the video footage from Sanctum cameras showing him or her with a powerful green semblance and large sword easily slay her parents as she watched blood erupt from their bodies through the camera footage, her parents lying on the ground, lifeless.
The assassination of Lucius and Hera Caesar became known throughout all of Remnant. When the spilling of a Caesar family occurs by the Faunus, the Seven Days of Vengeance (Dies Ultionis) is launched by the Caesar Family to avenge their fallen family members. Members of the Caesar House that did join committed mass atrocities to the Faunus in the Mistral Region and by other racist Humans groups in the continent. Shops were raided, Faunus were attacked only making the situation between the Humans and Faunus worse.
Cordelia joined in on Dies Ultionis. She attacked the various different cities of Mistral with Faunus populations wearing a black and red armor and a face mask depicting the ancient family warrior Bellona. The Faunus saw the Armored Maiden as the Maiden of Death as she burned down Faunus homes and shops and attacked the Faunus who cowered at the sight of her flaming sword. Cordelia or the Maiden of Death became a significant talk topic in the media.
After Dies Ultionis, Cordelia gained horrific nightmares. Fires appeared in her dreams, the corpses of the Faunus she killed; she was traumatized by what she did. She wondered if what she did was right as she saw the broken and sad faces of the Faunus. Though she was praised by her members of the old ideology for her actions against the Faunus and that she was doing a great service to mankind. Before she left the family estate for Beacon, she still hated the Faunus and believed what she did was right. Yet deep down tucked in her soul, she knew it was wrong.
OtherCordelia is seen on advertisement billboards marketing Caesar Weapon Corporation with the notable slogan “Providing you with protection since the dawn of mankind.”
She has a brother and another sister and a total of six cousins going to Beacon.
