If you were to start up an RP set in and around Moscow in Russia, what would the genre be, and what would the plot be about?

Make it the most stereotype filled roleplay in the world and it would be a comedy.

Realistic fiction about a J-Pop group who got on the wrong plane, landed in Moscow where (dun dun dun) there was an alien invasion. This group of cute, adorable, sexy J-Pop stars have to defend themselves and take over Moscow once again.

Post-Apocalyptic with mutants, mechs, and nanobot supersoldier. Mixture of survival and action, split between three major perspectives. A lone survivor, wandering and killing beasts. A small group of survivors searching for haven and dealing with mutation, grief, and sacrifice. A military/research base defending itself from the outside as the residents try to develop a moral code amongst them.
KnightShade said Something like this with added freezing blizzards, Chernobyl style nuclear disasters/wastelands full of cannibalistic mutant families, mechs styled after wolves, and bears, and Siberian tigers, and atleast one madman proclaiming himself Tsar and sending those who disagree off to freezing gulags of abandoned cities which they have to make habitable. Oh, and an ace mech pilot who's constantly drinking vodka.

Cheap booze, runaways hooked on huffing glue, organized crime, gay-bashing, sex trafficking, lost nuclear weapons, and a reemergence of a totalitarian government. And potatoes. Lots of potatoes.

Fun story: My friends back in cadets who were born and raised in Russia used to like stuffing potatoes in people's exhaust pipes and seeing if they could hit anyone with it when the car fired up. Apparently some guy chased them back to their apartment over 3 blocks away. In the older brother's words when the USSR turned into Russia, "The flag changed, the money changed, and the national anthem changed. It was still the same shit hole."Best Moscow based RP ever: You're a journalist trying to expose corruption in the Kremlin. You must attempt to do this without the Moscow militia discovering you and making you disappear forever in the back of a GAZ. Or, alternatively, an early 1950s RP where you take the role of a MVD officer where you are hunting down "traitors" and effectively being a terrifying secret police agent that makes said journalist go missing. Oh, those Russians.
