Ntombi herself wouldn't be considered intimidating in the slightest, even with an understanding of her assassin status. She was, however, incredibly tall and lanky, with a bony figure and pale skin. Her eyes were a fierce, darkened amber and she decorated her lip and ears liberally with piercings. She wore filthy, worn-down cargo trousers with various burnt holes in them, completed with combat boots. Over her vest was a fishnet top, and on her head were a pair of goggles. She wore many belts on her waist and legs, and these belts held little leather satchels, or little leather bands that held many small glass vials in them. And when she moved, she moved with her body, each muscle being stretched to provide extravagant, arrogant actions.

Personality:

Pros:
Ntombi exhibits an aura of self-confidence that's borderline arrogance and an attitude stubborn enough to break through solid steel. She isn't the smartest of people overall, but when she believes she is right, then everyone else must be wrong. Her movements and actions portray a somewhat bestial quality and she prides herself over her 'amazing' flexibility, reflexes and agility. The only true area in which she has an extensive knowledge in would be poisons and antidotes, which she if found tinkering with regularly. If you manage to gain her trust and respect to a certain level, she'll start calling you "chieftain" and give you her fiercest loyalty, practically dogging your steps and lavishing over every command, punishment, or praise you bestow upon her. However, it's difficult to gain such a level of respect with her, as you'll see below.

Cons:
Ntombi is a highly superstitious and violent lady. Born and brought up strictly with the Ban Tribe's beliefs and systems beaten into her veins, She is adamant in her theories around 'spirits' and 'black magic' and the likes. She takes no authority figure seriously in the slightest, unless it's to benefit her own gains and, as a sadist, she will never end a kill swiftly if she has the chance. Clearly suffering from some sort of trauma, Ntombi's mind is unpredictable and she can suffer mood-swings and come up with the most outlandish ideas, usually at the wrong time and place. Her 'craziness' is not a plot ploy to make her seem more 'edgy', it's actually a massive disadvantage and causes failure quite often.

Biography:
Ntombi was born and raised in South Western areas of the Empire, safe within the Ban Tribe. Born under a strict and fiercely protective family, Ntombi was rigorously taught the ways of the Ban Tribe for the first sixteen years of her life as they prepared her to be wed with a chieftain in order to bring great prosperity and honour to her tribe. She labelled herself as "Witchdoctor", dabbling in odd concoctions that she had created herself, claiming them to be 'potions' to bring pure souls into the afterlife.

Upon her sixteenth year, however, the rebelling Ban Tribe were ultimately slaughtered by Esdeath's army and what little survivors left fled the scene, whilst Ntombi rushed towards the city. Whilst there, she bumped into a member of the Night Raid, who explained their aspirations to overthrow the Empire from within. Satisfied enough with this ideal, Ntombi signed herself up without so much as a second thought.

After five years of dedicated service, a lack of proper therapy, poor living conditions and very little people she sees as friends, Ntombi descended into a state of eccentric dottiness, usually sleeping in the 'base' and being a general hindrance to the Night Raid. Were it not for her extensive knowledge of poisons, her complete and utter lack of interest in rising in the ranks or gaining power, and their desperate need for members, it's far more likely that the Night Raid would've kicked this crazy 'witchdoctor' from their order upon a second's notice.

Weapon:
The Hunter: Ntombi's most prized possession. A long-range crossbow complete with around 500 darts (Ntombi makes more in her free time), this weapon seems more like a modified toothpick-shooter than an actual weapon. The real lethality behind this little devil is what happens to be put on the darts themselves, almost all of which are poisoned to give a slow, painful death, or paralysis, or unconsciousness...It's probably better not to ask Ntombi where she tests these posions, or who she tests them on.

Extra:
❀ Ntombi can make a variety of posions and their respective antidotes, but pays up for this in terrible close-range combat skills and therefore prefers to dodge and run out of the way. When she gets wounded, she gets wounded. She can't shrug it off like others do.

❀ Ntombi is, by and large, a nutter. Again, this isn't to make her 'edgy' and 'cool' - she's actually meant to be a little comedic, especially when this craziness can affect missions and assassinations and cause failures. She thinks she's a Witchdoctor.

❀ Ntombi. Eats. ANYTHING. She's hardly picky in the slightest and usually begs for food because most of hers gets contaminated with poisons (best not to make her cook the breakfasts.)

❀ After being in the Night Raid for 5 years, it's likely your character would know her (and probably avoid her).

Hiyoooo! I was just stalking/reading through all of the character sheets. I must find someone who knows Ntombi...maybe Shitsui; they're both psychos. Or Tyrant's character, Aura - he seems like a nice guy, might take pity on Ntombi...OR GIN. Gin looks so cool. Ntombi would convert him into Ban Tribe-alism.

I still think Shitsui is a good candidate, but it's up to you, Shadow.

@Sketcher: The Teigu will be obtained after a while inside the RP, and yeah they are different than the weapon you already posses ;) For each of them is different in their own way :) That's why i made it so, that each character only has one weapon :)

So hei is the leader, right? I assume you'll be playing as him/her, are they a leader of the Night Raid?

...What would be the leader of the Night Raid's attitude towards a professional slacker like Ntombi? ;-;

Personality
Jack is first and foremost an entertainer, and to be more specific, a comedian. He is rather approachable and outgoing and will attempt to entertain people any chance he has, be it an inappropriate time for a joke or not. Along with his sociable nature he is quite comedic and humorous. That being said, he does make rather distasteful jokes at times, not really caring where or when to look at something on a brighter more idiotic side of things. He is quite extroverted and when it comes to his outlook on the objects around him he is a nihilist. Everything and everyone is truly worth nothing in the greater scheme of things and he is aware of that, but he doesn't care. That just means everything is equivalent, whatever brings him meaningless happiness is what he shall do. Jack is a hardcore optimistic nihilist really. Everything doesn't matter, but then why should everything else matter? He will make his own morals and goals, even if they are rather subjective and only exist in his own mind.


He is rather different from everyone else, the way he dresses, speaks, and acts. It is hard to find people similar to him. He is rather confident but never arrogant or cocky. He loves people and everything really. He seems and acts like a naive innocent fool.
He feels compelled to entertain. If he does not, then why would he be here. If not to amuse others...
Jack is a performer and must have an audience. It is the whole entire purpose of performing in his eyes. When entertaining, his darker side is shown. And every performer needs an audience, it is for this reason that he occasionally kidnaps civilians, to give them a good show. Truly, when these occurrences happen, Jack is the on entertaining himself with the squirming beings making unintelligible sounds of fear. Jack really all along was entertaining himself, not truly pleasing or making anyone else laugh. The purpose of him existing is to amuse and entertain himself with the walking wretches of flesh that look down on him. If he keeps laughing at them perhaps he can stop crying.

Appearance
Jack is 5'11" and has a rather skeletal frame. The hat adorned with a sapphire was stolen by Jack.

Biography
His father was a "natural" fool who had quite the knack for making people laugh. He was owned by one of the wealthy family's and was quite the entertainer. The jester was so successful he was capable of buying a house with money to spare. One day he discovered a baby left at that house that he bought. Why his house and not a church of some sort is unknown to him. Anyways, he may have made rather vulgar dark jokes but he was far from soulless. He took the child in and name him Jack. Jack grew up in rather pleasant surroundings because of the jester's mysterious success.
The jester and his son lived happily, eating and drinking fine delicious food only because Jack's father would follow a man around and make him laugh. Eventually, the jester made a distasteful joke about a recent war that was lost, unaware that the man who put money in his wallet knew many who died. Afterward, in a cartoonish like fashion his head was cut off while his son watched. It would teach him a lesson perhaps when he replaces his father hmm? That wasn't funny. Jack planned to avenge his father and kill the wealthy man who sentenced him to die in such a primitive brutal style. During his sleep, Jack approached his bed. No need to laugh before the joke was over, but Jack couldn't help it. The wealthy man awoke, hearing a child's laughter, before Jack plummeted his fathers scepter into the mans throat. Now he could laugh. Well, no. He couldn't laugh. Anyways, Jack made a run for it and stayed hidden until everyone stopped looking. Jack was now at the bottom of society and was preforming for the poor who could offer him no more than he already had. It was a fair exchange in his mind. His father's life disappeared without anyone caring for some reason though. It bothered him. Unnerved him. He despised how some deaths were more noticed than others. It wasn't funny at all....

Weapon:

The stick is made of a hard durable metal, is 5 feet long and the skull looks more realistic.... Hats basically the same though. He owns multiple of these and uses it as a club or short staff. He is quite skilled at using it in either fashion.

Other:

  • He always carries around a deck of Tarot cards made completely of The Fool card.

  • This jester carries around multiple objects that can be used for possible tricks

  • He has a tendency to not kill his targets/person-who-is-fucked immediately gut instead tie them up and attempt to make them laugh. Afterward, killing them in an ironic manner if possible or just making it humorous for himself. He is a bit of a sadist in this fashion, but it is more the fact that their pain makes him laugh instead of their pain alone. If they dont squirm or attempt to escape then he might as well be defiling a dead body. And corpses are just a bunch of kill-joys who never laugh

  • He is a pansexual

  • He seems to have some kind of strange thing where he is easily aggravated if he is the butt of another's joke for some reason.

  • He has bright yellow and orange footie pajamas that resemble a donkey in the way they have an ass's ears on it's hood. Grown-ass man with footie pajamas. Deal with it.
