Would anyone be interested in a Harry Potter based roleplay! Now this would be our Original Characters in the Harry Potter Universe. How would you all feel about that? Would you be interested? Thoughts? Ideas? Concerns?

I would be defientely be interested in a Harry potter RPG. Except I don't think making the actual characters from the book would work. It would cause issues and arguments over what the characters would do or say. Overall it's hard to do and rarely works. You'd be better off just starting a new story line or just have kids going to Hogwarts. If you need any help, I love Harry potter and would be glad to help.

I said with our original characters, I didn't mean the original characters from the books. Lol I agree with you, It would cause many arguments! XD

Do you have to know quite a lot about Harry Potter? I remember what's happened in the movies and all, but i'm really iffy on spells.

I would say you would have to know the basis of the plots, not every single spell that ever existed! Just know the basis and the general idea and you're good to go!
