There' not much to the character sheet, currently. I was more concerned with covering the bases, than fluffing it up with other stuff, so be sure to let me know if I left out something you'd want to know.

Coat and horn are a light, faded shade of British racing green. Mane is a plain blond color with little styling to it—it’s cut somewhat short and the hairs hang straight in a bit of a shaggy mess. His eyes are a strong, yellow coloration and the magic of his horn matches. Cutie mark appears to be a pair of gray, interlocking gears in different sizes. He’s a bit on the small side, as far as young adult stallions go and it’s clear that Cosworth doesn’t do much pulling or lifting.

Coat and the horn are light brown. The hair is dark brown, it's curly, and it is short but can grow large if he doesn't cut it. The cutie mark is on a coffee mug, which is white, with a donut on its side of the mug. The eye color is just regular brown and the magic of the horn is light tan.

Well, in the sheet you used as reference, you have your character's name listed as Mocha Chip. I'm just a little confused is all.
