On the outskirts of a large city there is a huge asylum. This asylum was established to care for individuals with mental illness. The asylum has an excellent reputation of being able to help those with mental illnesses. What the residents don't know is that the asylum has recently changed hands. The asylum is now run by a doctor named Vlad Putin. Vlad believes if he studies these individuals he can find a cure for every mental illness. To do this he is willing to try many different experiments on the residence. Not everything is what it seems. Vlad has many secrets hidden within the walls of the asylum.
1. This is my RP. What I say goes. If you disagree with something we can discuss it.
2. Do not attack other characters without approval
3. Do not attack NPC without clearing it with me. I don't want random destruction.
4. DO NOT control other peoples characters without approval
5. If you are unsure about something ask I will answer to the best of my ability.
6. If you are going to be gone more then a day let me know. If you don't you might lose your character.I don't mind waiting but I need to know who to wait for.

9. I will warn you before I tranquilize or isolate you. How you react is up to you.
