With a snap of his fingers a warp rift tore itself into reality. Nihlus stepped through amd appeared within the confines of the Night Lord base. He quickly went to contact Warmaster Finch.

Worthless
Reverse-engineer crews have realized no such technology of worth is within the world of Nikolien, and fortunately had reported such matter to the Omen before they perished from the bombardment. The Ceramus now doesn't care about the lost colony, and instead the attack fleet had began grabbing up the debris of Freidsmekalre hurriedly, turning away and simply vanishing from sight as they activated their FTL. In order to fool trackers, an uninhabited planet was visited first before proceeding right to their destination.

Operation: Knightfall

The two Indespectus prowlers moved from the Specter Nexus into the air, cutting through the atmosphere of the planet and activating their cloaking device before jumping into the secondary universe. The black Stealth Ablative Coating had been reapplied over the past few days, and now the black 'paint' had dried it was ready to go 'invisible' to most instruments.
On board were the crew who would be responsible for operation Knightfalls execution, and it would have to be flawless... luckily, Spectre specialised in perfection.

Finch Sneered... all this regulation was becoming tiresome. "Forget it you android lot I'll be on my way to murder a few million equestrians." Finch said and with that the order was made to jump to warp space. The Night Lords would be arriving in Equestrian Space any minute now.

Outer Colony
The Archmage looked at the ships. Dammit, the Equestrian knew they find a loophole. However they have something much more valuable that Chaos would want, something the Collective would never be able to give them.
"Stop your attack, and attack the Collective. We have something much more valuable to give you. A Chaos Gem, it can amplify the powers of even a weak cultists to strong levels."

Operation Knightfall

The Indespectus class ships jumped into Equiis atmosphere, avoiding the detection systems... They had been lucky enough to clear tall structures, allowing them to turn their cloaked ships and bring them down towards the ground, the stealth ablative coating keeping them hidden from the internal enemy detection systems. They landed and began to deploy their small, special operations team near the Equestrian city of Canterlot, the soldiers using active camoflague to disguise themselves as they disembarked, leaving the pilot and his security detail with this ship and registering it to their life signs.

Nikolien
As the alien fleet moved to jump out of the system, the Terminator trailed them and fired a volley of antiproton fire. It was a token gesture of aggression, and none of the shots hit. When the enemy jumped out, the crews of each surviving ship cheered in celebration. Their first battle had ended in the retreat of the enemy, running from the combined power of the Lakfakalle Cooperative Federation and Equestrian Empire. Despite the loss of Lakfanikolien the system as a whole remained under Federation control, keeping the strategic point and solidifying the safety of Lakfakalle. The Federation fleet began to gather with the Equestrian fleet, and the Terminator sent a message to them.

"The enemy has captured the wreckage of the LIV Freidsmekalre. Their antiproton streamers were intact, the enemy now has access to that technology and is almost certainly reverse engineering it. If they begin mass producing antiproton streamers, they could overrun us in months. We have devices called nanobots, they are extremely expensive and usually only used for medical purposes. However, they can- er, could theoretically reproduce exponentially. If coded correctly, they could search through the entire galaxy for the enemy worlds. Once located, they could be... pacified." Said Kuuyi, devilishly grinning with the last sentence.

Fighter Project
A squadron pf five prototype fighters have been completed. Testing has determined that the fighters are more than capable of victory against a vessel such as an LCF planetary defense ship. While that sounds impressive, planetary defense ships are only armed with a few coilguns, and most have been retrofitted into interplanetary cargo vessels. Due to the small fleet of the LCF and limited capabilities of said fleet, a message has been sent to the Equestrian Empire.

"This is Admiral Spoor of the Imperial Star Forces of the Lakfakalle Cooperative Federation. We have developed our first fighter class, and need to do trial runs. Needless to say, we can't afford to take a warship out of the fight for a few weeks for what is essentially large-scale LARPing, and we don't have anything else equipped with things like shields and armor. So we are requesting that you allow us to use one of your frigates for testing. It will be equipped with a system for simulating damage, and both the frigate and fighters will be firing blanks."

Infrastructure Expansion
Instead of launching the parts into orbit and docking them, the LCF has decided to begin construction on an orbital refining and construction/combat complex (ORCCC). This station is planned to be modular, with a central command module and other specialized modules branching off from it. It will most certainly be armed with weapons, and is planned to be used as a multipurpose station. Core worlds such as Lakfakalle, Terra, and Shuroh, will likely have multiple of these instillations. Colonies will be provided with a core module, and the rest of the construction will be up to them. The project is being headed by an Abh Admiral named Sobarc, who is known for his work on the Starfire Project and his obsession with space.

Magic
The Delphans and Loroi have begun teaching the rest of the species how to use their magic, though the differences between magic energy and psychic energy have resulted in some rather humorous accidents. A message has been sent to the Equestrians, requesting assistance with the magic.

It stood 80ft tall, 10 stories, truly a testament to the Equestrians phrase "The Taller, the Grander". The only entrance visible from the teams position was what appeared to be the civilian entrance. At the top of the wall were several guns, then various guard forces scattered about the wall and near the entrance. There didn't seem to be any security features beyond the guards next to the entrance, and a few camera like devices right inside the entrance

"I doubt they can outmatch our production speeds, but the nanobots still seem like a good idea. Use them."

Research integration
The integration of the research divisions of both the LCF and Equestrian Empire have begun under the Union's treaty.

Magic assistance
The Equestrians stated that they were already sending teachers and archmages to help, saying they should be there soon. The Archmage's Coalition has also begun operating within the LCF, looking for those who are well trained and very powerful with magic to grant Archmage status.

LCF Military Request
"We will send a frigate, but we also request that you allow us to send some of our generals and admirals to help train your forces. You already have access to our advanced weapons, you just need the training."

Union Military
The Union Military is begin to establish, with recruits pouring in from both nations. Ships are being constructed, and scientists are looking into Synth, Cybernetic, and gene mods for LCF species. The LCF has also been told of the the war with the Collective.

Half of team two attached to a group of passing ponies, introducing themselves and following them to the city of Canterlot, aiming to enter it and slip inside. The other half would wait to see the first half's attempt, and if it was successful move through themselves

Operation Free Market

The Collective has attempted to use a 'Civilian' Onus transport which is offering a gift of basic metals such as titanium and minor cultural information such as Umbrae Populus literature, conveniently translated of course, to slip Umbrae Populus agents into the Lakfakallle Cooperative Fedaration, and by extent, the Union between LCF and the Equestrians. The reasons for this would be obvious if anyone was to discover the agents, though the agents have been programmed with all that is known by the Collective of LCF culture
These agents are ordered to establish deep cover identities, including getting work (Preferably, if possible, in important positions such as as scientists, government officials or military officers) and integrating themselves into the LCF society by any means required.
The Collective ship has also attempted to place a virtual tap on the LCF computing devices in order to gain access to files that pass between them... Hopefully this will turn up something more useful than cat videos...

Finch began laughing whole heartedly at the request. "I must admit that is quite the prize but it is not worth the souls we will collect from so many lives. We will not accept your deal unless you can provide us with more of these stones. You have 1 hour to comply or this deal is rendered Null. " Finch said with a toothy grin. The entire situation was in his pocket and he knew it.

Operation Free Market
The LCF has allowed the civilian vessel to land, and have also given them multiple examples of fiction. However, they did warn the crew that the LCF and Collective are technically at war, and any hostile action would have resulted in the destruction of the vessel and death of the crew. What they neglected to mention, however, was that they were almost completely sure that they were trying to spy on the LCF. Because seriously, they're the Triarian Collective. The stories the Equestrians have told say that the Collective would never do something like this.

Knowing that the ship was most likely dropping off spies, Loroi and Delphan Spec-Ops teams had been dispatched to the spaceport. They had begged to be allowed to wear their standard pitch-black armor, but instead they had been given disguises. A team of Imperial Star Academy cadets was also enlisted in the effort to help, they were given authorization to use the Academy weapons lockers and ordered to catch the attention of the spies. The multiple agents have been placed outside the landing pad, in the many cafes and food courts, and nearby communications devices.

The cadets were stationed just outside the landing pad, and had set up a simple transparent tripwire on the steps. They stood off to the side, and began casually talking about the Ceramus War and the new orbital plans. They figured neither needed to stay secret. Of course, they also threw in things that were completely made up.

Nanobots
The LCF has begun production on a Von Neumann nanobot swarm. It is expected to be completed in just a few weeks, although field medical kits will no longer carry nanobots as a result.

Comms Tap
Aside from the usual flame wars, blog posts, overwhelming usage of curses, the Collective tap found something interesting: A government video clip uploaded to a video sharing website. The clip consisted of multiple interviews with sobbing people from every Federation species, talking about an attack on the Nikolien system. It ended in exactly what you would expect: propaganda.

"Join NOW!" Said a male announcer, apparently propaganda sounds the same no matter what language it's in. A clip showing amounts of warships that most certainly didn't match up with the actual numbers was displayed, it was a side view with them simply flying forward and firing weapons. How gloriously standard.
An orchestra played in the background as the visual changed to display clips from the battle of Nikolien, mostly clips of the Federations vessels blanketing the Ceramus fleet in antiproton fire and shots of the wreckage that escaped disintegration. After the clip, the music faded into a quiet background noise.

"As I speak, our men and women in white are planning revenge against the alien menace!" Said the announcer, accompanied by a brief shot of a group of an Abh, a human, and a Delphan strategizing around a paper starmap. A caption identified the Delphan as Admiral Kuuyi Oras and the Abh as Admiral Spoor.

"Remember, we can't do it without you!" Said the voice of Fairlan Miklan, another clip being displayed of a Delphan and a human in what appeared to be the bridge of a starship. Captions identified the ship as the LIV Starfire, the Delphan as Admiral Fairlan Miklan and the human as Emily Natālija.

"Give any metal you can spare to the local Imperial Star Forces relations office, every aluminium can goes towards a new warship!" Said Emily Natālija in the overenthusiastic way that you can only find in propaganda.

"Together, we can end the Ceramus once and for all!" The two said in tandem, and the music started back up in full force. An image was displayed of the Imperial Star Forces flag:

Then, the main announcer spoke again, the volume of his voice greatly amplified.

"Join the Imperial Star Forces NOW! Go to your local relations office or call 7785-21-ISF! End the alien scourge! Protect Lakfakalle!"

Update

The Castu left the human planet, except for the lone spy ship orbiting at the safest distance possible. As for the collective, once they left the military did nothing more but take what they could and glass the planet. The planet was a threat, now. Anyone could find it, and come to it. And if they found the Castu there it would be a certainly most displeasing experience.

This is what Castully has been left to do. Warships have been produced at a rather quick rate, and new technological weapons for spacecraft and ground troops have also been done.

The Zonanese language continues to be discovered by the day, and they are coming ever closer to cracking other wonders held by their cousins.

Corporations have dominated the military market with new armor, equipment, and weapons.

And the people has never been more nationalistic than ever.

This has been going on for years now, and so far nothing bad has necessarily happened. Atleast that's what everyone has been told..

Lakfakalle
Where a crowded place was, Yomo suddenly appeared from Nikolien to here. Little pretty much noticed that she came to instantaneous existence in the multitudes of people making their way through whatever it was, but anyone who could have at least some energy detection could find a dramatic surge of energy somewhere in the crowd, moving to the position of the capital building.

Operation Free Market

The ships response was to state that they were honoured that the LCF would mistake them for military force
The eight Saeva Simius carried the large container between them, moving it off the ship and carrying it across the dock. Through the small, transparent panel on the side one could see that the crate perfect cube of titanium... And given that the container was already made of titanium and one could safely say it quite literally weighed several tonnes, it was no surprise that the much stronger Saeva Simius had elected to move it across the dock for the LCF, to clear it from the cargo ship to ensure the humans did not damage the ship when they took it
They then placed it down to allow the LCF to move it, and proceeded to return to the ship, which slowly took off and raised into the air, flying across the planet... Out the back of the closing cargo hold jumped two agents in active camouflage, landing on a roof, and they hoped they had not been picked up
The agents were inside the titanium container, having used their natural restructuring to disguise themselves as part of the cube, hopefully allowing them to be taken inside the city by the LCF

"Aside from knowing that there are probably a few billion people who would have earned themselves amputations under the Collective, I have found what appears to be propaganda media for the general population. Look at this." The Officer tapped the holographic button and the hologram displayed the video. The other Officer chuckled as

The Civilis Protectione unit stood, watching the stage in front of him and the crowd as the Umbrae Populus performer on it proceeded to morph into an Equestrian before their very eyes.

The unit laughed aloud and clapped when it had finished, then felt a hand on his shoulder, he turned to glance to the other unit beside him, who quickly handed him the file. He placed it into his device and watched it, the human propaganda video... He laughed and took it out, calling out
"Hey, do something about this next time!" He called out and tossed the chip, and the Umbrae Populus, now morphed back to lizard form, looked his way and grabbed it from the air.
"I'll see about it." The Umbrae Populus said, looking to the chip before slipping it into his flesh for safe keeping...

Random Encounter
In an expedition trip conducted at this cycle, the Ceramus has found what appeared to be a collective empire (Triarian Collective) with relatively advanced technology. Although it seemed that the exploration fleet leader and the Commander conducting it had wanted to do the Deception that they had done to the LCF, they have decided that two enemies are alreadly enough for the civilization to handle, and thus have planned to conduct normal peace-contact procedures with them.
