Since I was unable to find an RP based on Teen Titans or Young Justice in the Casual section, I'd like to start my own. Basically, the rp will take the concept of the teenage metahumans fighting evil to maintain peace or whatever. Instead of playing any of the actual DC characters, I'd like to have implement original characters instead. The story and everything will still take place in the DC Universe, but we will have none to very little interaction with the actual league.
The plot would be sumthin along these lines:
An organization known as K.N.I.G.H.T. have set out to prevent the rising metahuman numbers. They see the rise in teenage metahumans who are unable to be controlled. They believe that these teenagers act irrationally and use their powers out of amusement rather than responsibility. Therefore, they've created the organization to capture these young metahumans and use them to create their own weapons to later fight against the league - adult superheroes. To them, there aren't any superheroes, they only fear the metahuman abilities, believing that if they had their own controllable soldiers, they would no longer need "superheroes".
So basically, K.N.I.G.H.T. is creating clones to take down the characters we will be creating. Your character doesn't have to be a metahuman, you may be a normal human superhero like Batman or Robin. If your character is human and sides with the metahumans, then he/she will still be seen as a liability, but instead of capturing you - if they do - you will be eliminated because you cannot supply K.N.I.G.H.T. with the DNA they desire.
With that, I would like to say that I want to see human superheroes without special abilities. If you chose to have powers - which I know will be a lot of the people interested if there are any - then please don't have the same power as another person. When two characters have very similar powers, I think it leads to trouble. I don't want any supernatural based stuff/thangs. No turning into a werewolf at midnight or growing fangs or whatever. I'm not sayin your character cant transform into thangs, I just don't want supernatural nuthin.
Anyhow, that's all I've got right now. Of course, this is an interest check, so please don't post a character until the OCC is up. If you have any questions, ask. Hope this works.
